The experience overall was great. As a note for anyone who is intolerant to heat, it can get quite hot in the day during the summer. Fans are provided but it helps to also open windows in the bedrooms

Wow! What a great vacation we had! I can’t think of anything this place didn’t offer. We played games provided in the game loft and we watched movies on the huge sectional all cuddled together with the fireplace going and drinking hot chocolate. Bedroom layout was perfect for our bunch and everyone was so comfortable. We made memories that are priceless. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Cozy home

Had booked a full Christmas week. Rooms were cozy, they also have a kids room which managed 5 kids for play and sleep. Location was just few mins away from Walmart, restaurants and hot springs. Had a good stay. Itrip was always available on texts for any support we needed.

Perfect base for a family vacation

The listing is accurate, it’s a short driving distance to downtown Pagosa and the Hot Springs. We had a wonderful weekend with exceptional weather. Nice drive from Denver.

Hunting Trip

Stayed here with some buddies for a hunting trip. Wonderful, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of privacy for everyone. The location was also very convenient being right between the two ends of town.

Great Vacation

The house was great. Clean, spacious and had a wonderfully well-stocked pantry! It was within a few minutes driving distance to most activities and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely consider returning in the future.
