Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Room was dirty , one tv didn’t work, and toaster was broke contacted staff about both problems nothing got done. Our pools were not open, they were doing work on the indoor and outdoor pool. Tiki bar wasn’t even open.

We sincerely apologize that the condo was not properly cleaned upon your arrival and that the television and toaster issues were not resolved after you contacted our staff. We understand how frustrating it is to report concerns during your vacation and not see them addressed. We’re also sorry that pool maintenance and the closure of the Tiki Bar impacted your stay. Some resort amenities and maintenance projects are managed by the building and are outside of Elliott Beach Rentals’ control, but we understand how disappointing it is when amenities you were looking forward to using are unavailable. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will share your feedback with the appropriate teams. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the experience you expected.
