We had a really great time here with my elderly parents - it was perfect and just as described.
Note to the owner - only thing I would change is the check-out time. It should be 11 am, not 10 am :)

Hi Monica, We're glad that you & your parents had a great time! The owner appreciates your feedback as well, and they will look into the check-in/out times. Thanks for your review, and we hope to host you again soon.
Peace and Nature were bountiful. You're choices of decor and day to day items we're spot on.The location is perfect. Everything is accessible yet tranquil. The only thing I would add would be Central Air for even more comfort. Thank you for sharing your Peaceful place. Be well, Rick and Renee
Rented this cabin as home base for Grand Teton NP trip. We absolutely loved it! The location was about 1 hour to the park and felt very remote which is exactly what we wanted. The wood stove was great to have with lots of firewood and the kitchen was well stocked. We will be coming back again.
Note- would recommend not leaving your shoes on the porch as we had an animal (foxes? Coyotes?) scatter 7 shoes in various directions all over the property during the night. Recovered 5/7 shoes. Also saw a moose on our first morning!
This A frame cabin is cozy and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Interesting rustic decorations throughout the house. A fire pit outside overlooks the lake and mountains. There was plenty of wood and made for lovely evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The directions we were given did not match the actual but we were able to find it. It would be helpful if the street name - Forgetful Lane - was included in the instructions. John was very responsive to questions.
We would definitely recommend this cabin for those who love a remote and scenic get away.
Lovely cabin with a nice view from the deck. Cabin was stocked with everything you needed for cooking including spices. Coffee was provided as well along with water and snacks at check in. Bed was comfortable. Cabin had lots of wildlife around to entertain you. Location was situated about an hour from Teton national park and Jackson. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.
My wife and I spent our yellowstone vacation here and loved it. Isolated yet close enough to town for a quick trip to the grocery store or the local brewery. The view of the mountains and snake river were beautiful. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. We are used to having AC and there is only a window unit upstairs but it got cold enough at night(almost too cold) to keep the windows open. We didn't spend a lot of time there during the day but it would get a little hot even with the fan and windows open. There is no internet but we brought our starlink just so we could have the additional luxury and it worked very well. The wildlife was very fun to see. We had a moose in the front yard on the last day. I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable Secluded Stay
This location was perfect for us. We used this location as a launching point for trips to the Tetons, which are about an hour away. The cabin was clean and charming, and had a beautiful view of the Snake River. Our host Randy was very helpful and gave us tips on nearby food and restaurants. Don't rely too heavily on Google maps for navigating there though. It took us to the wrong place, but we were able to find it with Randy's help. I would definitely stay there again.
This was a perfect spot for us. We used it as a launch point for visiting Grand Teton National Park which is about an hour drive from the property. The cabin was clean and well decorated with an amazing view of the Snake River.
We learned not to rely too heavily on Google maps. It took us to the wrong location, but Randy was very helpful and sent us videos on how to access the property. He also gave us tips on where to find food and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
