Beautiful Home for entertaining and relaxation!

Our family enjoyed this property for spring break. The children had plenty of things to do to occupy their down time and the adults had amazing days poolside. We would visit again and have shared this property with others.

NO OUTDOOR KITCHEN & FIREPIT

Upon arrival realized the basketball court is basically a converted garage with approx 8ft rim not what is portrayed in the listing. The fire pit over looking the golf course was not in working condition thru the stay and they did not car to fix it. Last & most importantly the outdoor kitchen grill and appliances were not in working condition. I had to call servals times and finally on 3rd day they brought me a used beat up grill with a lighter that was so small I had to spend all night to cook all the meat which we had purchased. Then at checkout I was extremely offended with false accusations and threats of fine. In conclusion I contacted my attorney and email management. I got an apology and a lousy 10% reimbursement and an offer to an additional 10% off my next stay. I did not even answer the email as I would never stay with Jeeves management ever again. Worst experience ever for a 10K + short vacation stay.
