Quaint Cute and Convenient

Excellent lodging and the place was so cute. We met a sweet bird on the patio that was nesting. Very clean and great little furnishings that gave it a nice atmosphere

Rented for OU parents’ weekend. Pretty good location. Short walk to stadium and campus. Parking is easy. Open parking anywhere in the whole lot. The property complex itself is a little rough. The grounds are basically dirt and weeds (curb appeal 0). The apartment itself is tight but clean and neat. Could use a little reno. I’ve never seen subfloor material stained and finished as actual flooring. 2 recessed living room ceiling lights need to be replaced. They continuously flicker when on (had to have them off the whole time). The beds need some help desperately! The queen bed makes so much noise when you move or roll over, it doesn’t make for a good nights rest. The second night we switched to the room with the double bed. The mattress was so hard and also caused you to roll to the middle. Ended up going back to the noisy bed (the lesser of two evils)….

Stayed here to attend an OU football game. The stadium (and OU campus) was easily walkable from the unit. The property was updated and very clean.

So glad we chose this apartment

I was reluctant to stay in an apartment complex, but I am so happy we did. This place was very quiet and convenient. It was spotlessly clean and stocked with literally everything you need. I highly recommend this lovely place.
