Villa Londa is a beautiful converted watermill built in 1100AD. You’ll love my place because of it's wonderful landscape and privacy.
The villa sits on 70 hectare of private, fenced land. The drive to Florence is just about 38 kilometers. It's perfectly situated to explore all of the Tuscan regions within a short drive.

The villa has over 500 Sqm of usable living space and has been recently updated with a modern wellness center including Sauna, new saltwater pool system and Large Jacuzzi massage.
The interior is well finished with high ceilings which is uncommon among most older Tuscan properties. The villa sits atop a beautiful valley and has no neighbors nearby. This villa has private land of 36 acres that is all accessible and is great for outdoor activities. Also on the land we have a active olive plantation.
This villa is great all year round and is will equipped for any occasion. Large TV's, WIFI, 5.1 Audio, Bluetooth, gas heating and cooking are just a few of the modern amenities.
Guests will have access to all the properties amenities including two kitchens, 5 fireplaces, washing facilities, outdoor furniture for parties and events as well.
