The two-house layout allows everyone to gather comfortably while still enjoying privacy between spaces, making it well-suited for extended families or groups traveling together.

At the center of the property, a private outdoor pool - available all year and saltwater - offers a peaceful place to unwind. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Patios and balconies extend the living space outdoors, with ocean view and pool view adding to the setting. A dining table and barbecue utensils support relaxed meals at home, while beach essentials make it easy to spend time along the shore.

Each house includes a full kitchen with major appliances and cooking basics, along with a dining area for shared meals. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast before heading out or gathering for dinner in the evening, you’ll have the space and tools to cook at your own pace. A coffee maker and toaster add convenience throughout the day.

Three levels with elevator access - featuring accessible dimensions - make it simple to move throughout the property. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans provide comfort in every season, and a 50 inch HDTV offers a place to relax indoors. Wifi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected when needed. A washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and self check-in with a keypad help streamline both short visits and longer stays. Free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces - is available for your group.

Located in North Vilano Beach, the home places you close to the ocean while remaining a short drive from the restaurants, shops, and historic streets of St. Augustine. After a day exploring the city or walking along the shoreline, you can return to your own private entrance and settle back into the calm of this coastal setting.
This property is dog-friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always allowed.
