Sleeping arrangements
Together, the homes accommodate up to 12 guests in six bedrooms and six beds, offering both privacy and connection. Each home features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, complete with fresh linens, towels, and essentials. Washer and dryer units in both houses make longer stays easy and convenient.

Outdoor living
The private saltwater pool glimmers year-round beneath the coastal sun. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy, surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). After a swim or a walk on the nearby beach, settle into outdoor dining on the covered patio, where ocean views and gentle breezes set a tranquil scene for shared meals.

Kitchen & dining
Each home includes a full kitchen with the essentials for cooking and dining together. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster make meal preparation easy. Gather at the dining table to share coastal-inspired dishes and stories from your day by the shore.

Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep you comfortable year-round. A 50-inch HDTV and Wi-Fi offer entertainment, while the elevator connects all three levels for effortless access. Self check-in by keypad ensures a smooth arrival. Beach essentials are also provided.

Parking & pets
Driveway parking for up to three vehicles is provided, and the property is dog-friendly, welcoming dogs with applicable fees and always allowing assistance animals.

Safety & accessibility
Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The elevator measures at least 52 inches deep with a 32-inch-wide doorway for easy movement between floors.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
