Sleeping arrangements
Designed to accommodate up to six guests, this two-story Carriage House features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two main-level bedrooms share a convenient bath and open easily to the outdoor areas, while the upstairs master bedroom offers privacy with its own en-suite bath.

Indoor comfort
Natural light fills the upstairs living and dining areas, opening onto a covered balcony ideal for a morning breeze or an evening chat. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi ensure comfort year-round. A dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay connected during your stay, and a TV with standard cable provides entertainment after a day of exploring.

Kitchen & dining
Upstairs, the full kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Gather around the dining table or bring your meal outdoors to the garden deck. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle, along with cooking basics and dishes.

Outdoor living
Spend time on the private garden deck or enjoy quiet moments on the covered front porch, side patio, or balcony. Though there’s no grass in the backyard or twinkle lights as previously noted, the property still provides peaceful spaces surrounded by greenery. Free driveway parking is available for up to three cars.

Essentials & amenities
You’ll have use of a washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, linens, towels, and an iron. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Neighborhood
Located in historic downtown St. Augustine, you’re just steps from local cafes, galleries, and landmarks, and only a short drive from Vilano Beach.
