Modern farmhouse with panoramic views of the Beaver Valley. 30+ acres of meadow and woodlands, with hiking, ATV and snowmobile trails as well as direct acces to the Bruce Trail. Enjoy the fruit orchards, a pond, outdoor fire pit, patio and outdoor sauna.
Main floor is perfect for entertaining and a large master bedroom upstairs awaits after fun-filled days at Lake Eugenia, skiing the slopes at Beaver Valley Ski Club or hiking, biking or snowshoeing the many trails that surround the property.
The outdoor fire pit is surrounded by a century old barn foundation with panoramic views of the Beaver Valley and Old Baldy. Perfect for roasting marshmallows and stargazing.
The outdoor barrel sauna overlooking the valley is ideal after a days hiking or skiing.
Apple and pear trees are plentiful on the property and yours to pick!
