Peaceful getaway

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay! River walk trail out the front door. Condo was quiet and has everything you need.

Small but all you need for a family of 4

Stayed for a week with 2 kids under 5. A few toys inside and some communal toys aside were helpful to pass time in-between planned activities.

Great location!

Happy with the location. Central to everything yet situated in a very quiet location. Lots of shade and a very nice pool. Great access to the river as well. Only challenge was the heat. The ac unit was located in the living room so we needed to run the ac all day and keep the bedroom doors open to keep things cook at night.

We didn’t stay here. We were last minute told it was not available. The owners of this condo did not communicate with the property manager that it was still under construction. So, we were unable to experience this stay and have a bad taste in our mouths from this experience.

Quiet spot near Deschutes river trail

The condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen- blender, baking supplies, plenty of utensils. The new renovations were evident and very nice. I love this location, it’s off the beaten path of Bend juuust enough. It’s a short walk from the condo down to the Deschutes river trail. Additionally, the pool and hot tub are clean and convenient-just a few minute walk through the shady parking lot.

Wonderful property in great location!

Wonderful, modern property in great location surrounded by hiking, biking and running trails. Blocks away from Deschutes River trail. Condo had all the comforts of home including a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Beds were super comfortable. Patio has a grill and nice seating area to enjoy the birds and wildlife. Property has a pool, clubhouse, bikes and an athletic gym with bball court for no additional fee which was a big bonus. Management staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location is a couple of miles to downtown Bend so if you want to go to restaurants and take part in park activities you will need to drive or bike. Very close to a nice grocery store and trail access outside of town. For anyone wanting to be in a quiet, tranquil location this is the perfect location.

Great property with a few small issues.....

We had a wonderful stay. The property and pool were wonderful. We had just a couple small issues. The unit was not air conditioned. It had a stand alone unit in the living room but bedrooms were uncomfortably warm. I feel like this should have been stated in the property description ahead of time. It was a warm weekend in bend and we were uncomfortable at night. We were also excited to use the back patio area during our stay, unfortunately it hadn't been cleaned in some time. It was covered in pine needles and cob webs. We did request for them to come blow it off and they did but we were bummed we couldn't use it the first two nights. Otherwise this is a darling property. Very clean and comfortable.
