The full kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, and nicely remodeled bathrooms add to this unit's amenities. Guests enjoy the complimentary Wi-Fi, covered parking and remodeled indoor hot tub area of the complex. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

Great stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location worked well for skiing and getting into town. Slopes were easy to reach and the walk to restaurants and shops took only a few minutes. The host communicated well and check in was smooth. I would stay here again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Sawmill Creek condos. Our condo was the perfect size for 9 adults and the best part was how close we were to Main Street. Will definitely keep this in mind as a place to stay in the future.
Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located! It is a short walk to Main street where we enjoyed shopping and restaurants. We had 8 adults in this unit for 2 days and had a wonderful time!
This was a perfect fit for me and my adult kids and grandson. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the cool mountain air.
The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

First time to Breckenridge. Accommodations were 5-star. The space was great for our family. Loved the location — walking distance to town and a ski trail that takes one from the top of the mountain literally to the front door of the condo complex. Would totally request this condo on a future visit.

Condo was close to town and ski trail to return to condo. Ample space in two bedrooms and loft, but the living/common space was smaller than anticipated. Condo was clean when we arrived but shows a lot of wear and tear. Disappointed in management companies lack of response to broken fireplace while we were there.

Just to clarify, we did let you know ahead of time that the fireplace might require a vendor and that we were actively working on the issue. When we weren’t able to get it resolved during your stay, we made sure to issue a refund accordingly.

The location was good - an easy walk to downtown Breck for dinner. True ski in but not ski out, though the shuttles came every 5 mins in front of the property and dropped off at the lift or gondola. The property was clean.
Great location, short walk to downtown and the gondola. Bus stop in front of condo if using bus transportation, but we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teens). Ski storage closet just outside the condo entrance (3rd floor). Use of the fireplace was easy and great for staying warm.
We had a great week in Breck at this condo (family of 5). It felt so homey, and we enjoyed celebrating Christmas by the fire. It was more quiet and private than expected for the central location. We walked to Main Street for shopping, extra groceries, and pizza/game night at Eric’s; walked to the Gondola; caught the shuttle right across the street to the Gondola; skied home on four o’clock- a little bit of everything! The kitchen supplies seemed quite new, and we had everything we needed to help us make dinners at home. Would rent again!
Stayed here 5 nights mid-January. Condo was as advertised, very comfortable with a broad range of TV choices via streaming. With the bus stop across the street and the option to ski in literally to the condo entrance I think this is one of the best locations in all of Breckenridge. Also, a very short, flat walk into town.
Ate dinner at Rootstalk, Radicato, and the Carlin. All three were excellent. The grill at Pioneer Crossing on top of peak seven has the best food on the mountain. Two good bars, the Gold Pan Saloon, and Breckenridge Taphouse in town.
While the kitchen was otherwise well equipped, the pots and pans should be replaced.
Called Great Western with some issues regarding missing condo items and they fixed things right away.

Nice place if you are ok with no air conditioning. I missed the listing stating no air conditioning. We would not have stayed. We could never get the bed rooms below 80 through out our stay even with the windows open and the outside air around 60. Would be a nice place in the winter. The last thing was we left on a Saturday morning and tried to get a luggage cart. None around only to see maintenance personnel using them. Seems like they should have their own carts.

Thanks for your review. No condos in Breckenridge have A/C, only heat, due to our climate. We do try to keep 3-4 luggage carts onsite, and ask guests not to leave them on higher levels. Maintenance uses older, less desirable ones for their work.
