Cozy independent chalet of 52 m2 with wood interior and independent entrance
Ground floor Bathroom 3 m2 Shower cubicle, washbasin Kitchen / Living room / Living room 23 m2 Built-in kitchen, sink 2 bins, fridge, extractor hood, 2 electric burners, microwave, raclette and fondue set, toaster ...... TV, sofa bed STAGE ROOM1 12m2 1 bed 140 ROOM2 13m2 2 beds 90 + 1 extra bed 90
Calm Guaranteed - Balcony with a superb view of the Mont-Blanc range
Ideal for 4 people and possibility to accommodate 6 or even 7 people maximum
The cottage is close to our home, which allows us to remain at your disposal if you need.
We work with a friend (ski instructor and mountain guide with qualified mountain bike and snowshoeing) who offers his services for private lessons: -In winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, surfing and biathlon (during school holidays on the Domaine de Megève and outside school holidays in the Mont-Blanc area) -In summer, hiking and mountain biking in the Mont-Blanc.
