Modern Lakehouse Dream

We booked the Lake House for our trip to Silverwood. The home is stunning, the view lovely and the location was only 20 minutes from the park. 5 stars!

Perfect place to stay and take the kids to Silverwood. Wish we would have had a day to just to let the kids play on the kayaks and paddleboards.

This is our second time coming to this wonderful home and we already are looking forward to coming back. In all of North Idaho, I would make this your very first pick for your next oasis stay.

Awesome

Loved the house and the area. Highly suggest ziplining and horseback riding. Nights by the campfire were amazing without bugs at this elevation (very different from where we are from) and my kids loved kayaking and paddle boarding! Great property!

Couldn't ask for better hosts!

The home was just as posted and had everything we needed for an extended stay, but the best part was the hosts. They were often checking in to see if we needed anything and reminding us to let them know if we did. The home was exceptional.

Visited Idaho for a Silverwood theme park trip and wish we would haved stayed longer to enjoy the peaceful lake more. Great outdoor fire pit, peddle boat, and beautiful deck to enjoy a wind down after a long day. The AC was amazing, kitchen was well stocked. Felt like a house of my dreams. Would definitely stay again.

Fun for everyone

My family had an amazing time! Easy access to both lakes. They have thought of everything...kayays, paddleboards, cornhole, games, firepit, etc. The kitchen is well equipped. The house was super clean. We enjoyed our stay so much! We will definitely be back.

Better than 5-Stars!

We loved our 5-night stay at this place with our 2 little kids. The backyard is better than perfect. The interior is well-designed, clean, and modern. It is conveniently located in Northern Idaho with close access to many fun places. The house is well-stocked and there are plenty of toys for the lake and fire pit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was difficult to leave!!

The house is very nice and the communication with the host was very prompt. We did experience some issues with the water supply while we were there and they sent someone to try to fix it quickly. We were refunded for a night of our stay for the inconvenience we experienced.

"We’re glad you enjoyed the home and appreciated the prompt communication. After following up with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:As soon as they were notified of the well pump issue, a technician was sent out within hours and was able to get the system partially restored.A full repair was completed shortly after, and a refund was provided for a night of the stay to make up for the inconvenience. Thanks for your feedback."

Outstanding home and overall experience!!

Wish we would’ve checked in early and that the cleaners weren’t still there when we arrived (until 5:15) however those minor hiccups were quickly forgotten because the home, the property and the overall experience were nothing short of wonderful! The house is stocked with top notch decor and essentials. They spared no cost at covering every detail! A++++

Can’t speak highly enough. The property was absolutely beautiful, lots of room for everyone, access to the paddle boards/kayaks was such an awesome extra! Sitting out back to watch the sunrise along with having a fire in the evening was so relaxing. It was a great surprise to have the quad bunkers instead of the twin beds! Only feedback I would give is maybe some more comfortable blankets for the beds and mattress toppers (specifically on the twin beds). And the back steps off the deck could use some lights as the difference in colored boards made it deceiving.

We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—it truly helps us continue to improve. Your comments on the mattresses and bedding are greatly appreciated, and we’ll be working on updates there. As for the lighting on the stairs, we do have solar lights in place, but it sounds like they may no longer be functioning properly (or the recent smoky weather kept them from charging). Either way, it’s time for an update, and we’re grateful you brought it to our attention. We look forward to welcoming you back again in the future!

It’s truly a beautiful home! The listing was a little deceptive as too the lily pads that take over the channel it’s not very noticeable in the pictures and one has them completely removed? The central air was a little fickley and didn’t regulate well but that’s okay; the ice maker in the fridge didn’t make much ice if any at all and the water tasted salty but that could just be a filterProblem- otherwise it’s a great spot for a family vacation.

Great place

Very clean house with lots of amenities! Paddle boards, kayaks, and a paddle boat. We enjoyed campfires outside by the water. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need for home cooked meals. Very updated property that feels like home instantly. It is on a pond between the larger twin lakes. Not an area for swimming but nice for kayaking and paddleboarding.

Amazing Place to stay!!

Loved loved the house! Fit our family wonderfully and our grandsons loved the dock spent lots of time out there fishing or feeding the ducks. The use of the paddle boards and kayaks made the channel and lakes so much fun! The kids had a great time on the paddle boat too! Everyone loved the fire pit area and love that the host keeps s’more fixings on the shelves they really go all out for their guests they really make you feel at home there. Can’t say enough wonderful things!

Twin Lakes Dream

The house is well appointed, quiet, spacious with a helpful knowledge host. We traveled with 3 adult couples and 2 children. Space and entertainment for all. From enjoying dinner at the bon fire, fishing from the dock, relaxing with coffee on the deck taking in the wildlife or heading to Spokane for Hamilton. This home is close enough to do it all. We had a great time relaxing, exploring and will defiantly be back.
