The broom and dust pan were left in the hallway near front door. The garbage disposal didn’t work and sink continued to clog.

We are disappointed by this feedback, especially as you chose not to report any of these concerns during your stay. We have 24 hour maintenance, and had you simply called us, we could have addressed your concerns instantly. By withholding this feedback until after checkout, you denied us the opportunity to assist you and left us with no way to verify or correct the situation. We take great pride in our service, but we cannot resolve issues that are never brought to our attention. Thank you Cara
