In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow. This home is located on a flat street:)

You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

➤ Is there air conditioning?
There are four very large window units to cool all common areas of the house on the first and second and third floors. Nights are typically much cooler and fans are provided for all bedrooms for your comfort.

Fantastic for large groups!

This spacious house fit 20 cyclists plus bikes and food, thanks to the two fridges! Great location where you could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The host was super responsive. Thanks!!

There were 16 of us staying here and the house was great! So much more room than we thought! We had such a great time and the hosts were so helpful with everything. The location is perfect since it's close to the mountain and you can walk to places in town.

The new and improved Clubhouse

We spent a great week at the Clubhouse. We had been there a couple year's back, but the new owners have made it better than ever. There was so much space and the place was beautiful. In town location was fantastic. Our group had a great time and can't wait to go back again.

Perfect Okemo Group Getaway!!!

If you have any sizable group, this is a perfect location for Skiing and hanging out in Okemo. There is no where more perfect for the price and care taken at the Clubhouse. Perfect hot tub to fit any group, excellent house layout and kitchen. Hosts were easy to communicate with helpful. We hope to come back here again!

Northern escape (guys weekend plus away)

Great area for older veteran motorcycle riders with many amenities nearby. House accommodated 10 guys comfortably. Great to relax after a day of riding the area. The clubhouse is a fitting name for the property.

Ludlow Clubhouse: Thumbs Up!

We had a family reunion with parents, kids, and grandparents. Convenient to walk a couple blocks to downtown. Picnic at Camp Plymouth, 7 miles north with swimming, boat & paddle board rentals, playground, grills, clean restrooms. The Clubhouse met all our needs. Diane, the host, was responsive and helpful.

Great weekend with friends

The Clubhouse was a perfect place for us to have a long weekend with 6 other couples. Great kitchen, tons of space, pool table and hot tub. Plenty of table space for dining and games. Walking distance to shops, coffee, drinks and pickleball. Highly recommend for large groups!

Wonderful holidays at The Clubhouse

We had a fantastic, large family gathering here, and the property worked out perfectly for us. The Clubhouse had enough bedrooms to accommodate us all, and it was nice that we were spread out across three different levels. Great features included the fully stocked kitchen and the hot tub (used several times a day!). The location is also perfect, for it's an easy walk to the shops as well as to a nearby playground and field.

Great Weekend

The Clubhouse was perfect for our large group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The amenities, both inside and outside, were excellent and the short walk to town and the restaurants were very convenient. I'd highly recommend the Clubhouse to any large groups who are looking for convenience and comfort. This place checks all the boxes.

Great place for a large group retreat

We were a group of 20 colleagues staying here for 12 days for a retreat and training. The property was great - lots of separate rooms/beds, and good spaces for breaking out into smaller groups. Location is great too - easy walking to town, tennis courts, and driving to top of mountain for beautiful views. Would highly recommend for groups. Diane was very responsive to everything!

Amazing house for a large group

The house and the host were great. Lots of beds and bedrooms to accommodate any group. Seamless entry upon arrival and departure. Diane was very easy to get in touch with. Okemo was less than 5 minutes away which made it very convenient to go back and forth to the mountain. We had a great stay, highly recommend.

Great family weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend as a family of 11 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The yard is a bit small but we made it work for us. 🙂
