The host thought of everything and left very little to complain about.
The place was very comfortable to stay and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Melbourne.
This is the third time we have stayed in Anne-Marie apartment. Anne-Marie is a super super host, very friendly and responds very quickly. It’s a fabulous location, very close to Southern Cross station (10-15 min walk) and the trams are just across the road (1-2 minutes walk) so just perfect for getting around the CBD and in the free tram zone. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and has everything you could possibly want should you wish to eat in, (kitchen supplies to laundry facilities). There are multiple cafes/restaurants nearby and Coles supermarket approx. 10-15 minutes walk away or Woolworths which is a very short tram ride no. 86 away and approx 10 minutes walk away. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend Anne-Marie’s apartment and will definitely stay again.
With a 6 hour delayed flight, the ease at handover of the keys made our day, thank you The apartment was perfect for us. Plenty of coat hangers for all our clothes. All kitchen must haves, tim tams and milk for a little treat. The washing machine and dryer were a god send!! The trams being out the front made life so much easier to get around. We saw Lady Gaga at Marvel stadium, the ease of attending a concert a walk away was fabulous, and a convenience store around the corner, a bonus. Woolworths, restaurants and shops a short stroll down to Spenser st, very handy. We will definitely stay here again. It was nice and quiet too!! Thank you for a lovely stay.
The apartment is in a great location; is well equipped; and very comfortable. The building is beautiful with a fitness center and pool. Shopping is close by and virtually everything is within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the host and apartment to others.

Host was friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond. Our flight got cancelled and she was very helpful in adjusting the length of our stay.
The room was as pictured, and we thought the location was great. The tram stop is right outside, its close to the Skybus drop off, and it was pretty central to all of the things we wanted to check out. Overall great stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Docklands Harbour View. Everything about the apartment was top class. The location is perfect, with such easy access to all forms of public transport, plus Marvel Stadium (with the bonus of two Coldplay concerts). Definitely a five star experience.
Our second visit to Anne-Maries apartment. Same excellent communication and check-in. Apartment very well equipped with everything for short or long stay even Air-Fryer and Coffee pod machine. Close to shops and station with tram stop right outside and is in free tram zone .Would recommend highly.
We had a fantastic stay in Docklands. We were welcomed in person on arrival and shown apartment. Apartment exceptionally clean and well appointed. Excellent location. Tram stop directly outside. Short walk to southern cross station via walkway. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Exceptional stay! The Melbourne apartment exceeded expectations with its well-stocked amenities, providing a true home-away-from-home feel. Annemarie, the hostess, was incredibly accommodating, facilitating a late check-in and checkout. The harbour view, bustling with boats, and breathtaking sunsets were a delightful bonus. Conveniently located by Southern Cross tram station. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience!
After a communication error on our part we were lead to the suite by Annemarie and found a beautiful suite, extremely clean all necessary essentials and a few extras. Close to shopping and transportation couldn't have asked for anything else. We were here for 10 days for the tennis and felt right at home in her suite. Would recommend to all and would stay here again if we were to return to Melbourne from Vancouver
The apartment is clean and modern with views of the water. It's in a great location, next door to Marvel Stadium with tram stops right outside the building. Annemarie responded quickly to our emails and was happy to help us in anyway. We would definitely stay again. Charles

This property is the most amazing self contained apartment in Docklands, Melbourne. Annemarie, the property manager is an exceptional hostess. She goes outside of her time, to care for the needs of her guest. I would love to stay here again, when next I am in Melbourne. Mind you, I stayed 5 weeks here.

This unit is within walking distance to Southern Cross Station. Trams stop close by including the Circle Tram. Coles is also within walking distance. It was nice to have tea, coffee, soap powder etc (thank you also for the Tim Tams). Nice view between adjacent building and Marvel Stadium. For a longer stay (eg ours was 9 nights) good to have washing machine and dryer. Highly recommend!!
Great apartment with everything you need, in a nice quiet complex. Located on the edge of the city in close proximity to transport, supermarkets and restaurants.
Communication with Annemarie was prompt and very easy. She provided some nice touches too such as an umbrella, shopping basket and a well stocked kitchen cabinet. Very relaxing and a great view over the Docklands. Sure beats a hotel, highly recommend!
The only downside was that Annemarie’s apartment wasn’t available for our whole 2 week stay as we had to spend our first week in a tired and filthy Travelodge nearby. When we finally checked in here it was a breathe of fresh air. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and fully stocked with everything we needed. Annemarie is an excellent host and very accommodating. In all the experience of staying here couldn’t have been any better.

6.15 a.m. by a Marvel Stadium test speaker repeating a sentence for 20 minutes at full bore.

We enjoyed our stay here. We left UK in late November, stayed in a hotel for 4 days then embarked on a cruise to New Zealand. On disembarkation we moved into this property which was just right for us and well equipped. One thing lacking was a bedside lamp which we really missed as we both like to read in bed and it is so convenient not to get out of bed to switch the light off. This property is very convenient for Southern Cross rail station and the Spencer shopping mall. We liked the choices on the smart tv, especially Netflix. It was good to have a balcony and relax and look over at the docks and Marvel Stadium. The bed was comfortable with lovely soft pillows. The apartment block was quiet, we didn’t hear any noise at all from neighbouring apartments. We felt safe and secure whilst staying at this property.
Beautifully laid out apartment with everything you need for your stay. Close to trains, trams and shopping. 20-30min walk to most attractions. You really don't need a car , but if u do have a hire car, there is close by parking at $15 per day. If using uber, use 'Peppers' as an address for pick up or drop off as the apartment gets mixed up with the stadium on Google maps. You will love staying in this location as it has alot to offer. We throughly enjoyed our week stay in Melbourne and highly recommend Docklands Apartment. 👍🏻
