Word of Caution: This villa has many stairs and partial open railings in many areas so it is not ideal for young children.

NOTE: Rates are based on 10 guests, each additional guest is $50 per night, total of 14 guests max. (10 adults MAX!)

Island Dream Vacations can assist you in other aspects of your vacation, from arranging for grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as booking boating/fishing excursions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, spa services like private massage or facial treatments, and housekeeping services.

BOOKING PAYMENT OPTIONS: You must enter a credit card when making a reservation. HOWEVER, if you wish to avoid a 4% processing fee, you may pay by check or wire transfer but you must let us know during the booking process or immediately thereafter before your card is charged for the amount due at the time of booking.

CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60)** days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far, MINUS a processing fee of 4% if reservation deposit was paid by credit card. NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation, for any reason (other than named Hurricanes Cat 3+), on or following the date that is sixty (60) days** prior to commencement of the rental period. **120 days for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
