Im so sorry about the cleaning. I had new cleaners as my long term cleaner had been in a serious car crash and I was so unhappy with the new cleaners I have since changed cleaning companies. I did ask you if you wanted the cleaners to come back and you said no. When I came to see you, you just mentioned about the sand on the floor and I asked if you wanted me to clean it and you said no you had already done it. I gave you some cash to buy you and your daughters lunch as you are a single mum and as a thank you. I wasn't trying to bribe you I was just sorry you had to vacuum. You didn't tell me about the other things otherwise I would have insisted the cleaners come back. I have fired that cleaning company and I hope you stay again. Dear Tram, Im extremely disappointed with your review. You left a day early possibly because it was raining and maybe you were disappointed with the weather. For the record. My "place" does not lack a lot of things. We have all new appliances. We have a bbq, sundeck furniture, large quality shampoo and conditioner, body wash , boogie boards, beach towels, beach umbrella, beautiful linen, all new furniture, beautiful lighting, swimming pool. We are only a 2 minute walk to Noosa junction and a 10 min walk to Noosa main beach and Hastings st. I am sorry if there was sand under the rugs. It does sound strange as my cleaners are fastidious. My sincerest apologies. We get 5 star reviews for cleanliness usually. However Tram you were not the best guest. I would not usually say this publicly but you left my home absolutely filthy. My cleaners had to spend an extra 2 hours cleaning the marks off the walls and the food from the kitchen stove and plates and dishes. The fridge was disgusting And I'm not sure what happened in the bathroom. Were you using it to cook something Tram? Also, you had a screaming match with someone in your small group at all hours of the night and bashed on the next door neighbours door for no reason. Also we are in a boutique block of only 11 units and my neighbours did not appreciate you yelling obscenities at 3 am. I have to say you were the possibly worst guest I have ever had in my 8 years of running my B and B. On the other platform I have all 5 star reviews and only just put this listing up and started to take bookings on this site and your horrible untrue, and without basis 2 star review hurts my ability to get bookings greatly when I try my heart out to make my apartment beautiful and comfortable and your stay enjoyable. I am really hurt by the fact that you were so upset that there wasn't a sponge there that you find the need to ruin my chance of making a living. Why wouldn't you simply ask us and we would bring one around straight away? We have for your convenience an espresso machine with coffee pods provided and tea and coffee and sauces and olive oil and many cooking essentials which many other "places" don't offer. Nor do they offer boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach towels, baby high chair, porta cot, kids books colouring in and kids toys etc. We have a gorgeous swimming pool downstairs which my guests generally have all to themselves when they use it. Your review saying "place lacked a lot of things" what does that mean? Perhaps you could tell me. I can't think of anything that isn't there and by the way, we always leave a clean sponge, tea towels, dishwasher tabs. We have a well stocked kitchen with all new appliances. Tram, Im sorry my home didn't live up to your expectations but my 200 plus 5 star reviews on the other site say otherwise. I am proud of my beautiful home. It is in the best location in Noosa and that's why I bought it after I lived there for 10 years. I only hope people reading your review can look past the fact that your review is incorrect.
