Spoil yourself over the 2 levels in this modern, newly renovated, compact yet sophisticated space in the historic Mutual Store Building (the first department store in Melbourne CBD). Enjoy beautiful views of the iconic Flinders St Station dome on the balcony with a complimentary wine and bubbles on arrival. Furnished with B&O audio-visual as well as De Longhi coffee machine and Miele kitchen and laundry appliances. Secure parking available within the building.
Take in all that Melbourne has to offer; be it the infamous Degraves st cafe strip, heritage arcades, award winning restaurants, the theatre and sporting stadiums. All within walking distance; or hop on a tram.
Return to sumptuous king size beds, (the 2nd bedroom may be split into two king singles upon request) with full blackout curtains, as well as a spa bath with overhead skylight for that extra touch of indulgence.

Best apartment in Melbourne

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic. Oir experience from the greeting from Ingrid to yhem entering the apartment met with snacks, a cold bottle of wine in the fridge, to all the high end linen, pillows, towels, appliances, beautiful glasses to drink from, the balcony is stunning with an electric heater and a gorgeous view, comfortable beds, the decor is rich with layer's. I could go on and on about the attention to detail the owner has created. The location is sublime with everything at your finger tips. A bangin apartment and a fabulous stay 😍

It was right in the heart of the street cafe dining area in Melbourne and short walk to the cultural areas and casino. It had a woolworths and coles very close and the free inner tram service is almost at your doorstep. When going to Melbourne we will stay there again!
