Brilliant Stay

This property had everything & anything we wanted, with spares if we ran out of anything. Beautifully decorated & comfy beds with divine bed linen. We only had to go downstairs to get breakfast, lunch & dinner. Fantastic location.

Terrific property

The location of this apartment was awesome. It was so clean and all appliances were of a high standard. I would definitely recommend anybody wanting to stay in the cbd to stay here.

It was right in the heart of the street cafe dining area in Melbourne and short walk to the cultural areas and casino. It had a woolworths and coles very close and the free inner tram service is almost at your doorstep. When going to Melbourne we will stay there again!

Great Location!

Amazing stay at this Degraves Studio Apartment. The host Donna was seamless with her communication and the facilities of this apartment are phenomenal. We loved the location, close to cafes and restaurants, transport and all you need is within close proximity. Amazing location and amazing apartment

This is my second time staying at this amazing apartment and I can not fault 1 thing. There is no expense spared when this was built and fitted out. You couldn’t have any better location and so great to have a car park with our stay. Surrounded by delicious restaurants and cafes.

Amazing Amazing Amazing

We absolutely loved at stay here. The location is fantastic - central to everything, step out the front and you’re in the hustle and bustle of vibrant city life. Flinders St station is just metres from the door. Given the location it is almost surprising at how quiet the apartment is. Even with the sliding doors open to the balcony the sounds of the city didn’t intrude negatively. The design and fitout is exemplary- top notch appliances, Bang & Olufsen sound system, dark moody (in a good way) cabinetry and tiles. Two excellent sized bedrooms with king beds. We hope this becomes our new bolthole when we’re doing our CBD visits.

Great location/stylish look

When you stay right in the heart of the city you have to be prepared for some noise at night but the apartment was beautifully furnished and lots of little welcome surprises were supplied by the owner. Donna very good with communication too.

Beyond expectations!

I rarely leave a review, but this apartment deserves one! It was an INCREDIBLE location and a truly beautiful apartment with a very welcoming host. Finishes on everything in the apartment are top notch, and, yes, the cockatoos did actually land on the balcony. Host was extremely welcoming. My hope is that all future guests treat this lovely apartment with the care it deserves. Thanks for sharing with us!!!

Perfect Melbourne Pad

We spent 5 nights in Melbourne for a family celebration and Donna's apartment was just perfect. Beautifully designed and appointed, spotlessly clean and in a fabulous position - so central to everything. The apartment has every little extra you could want and a little bundle of treats was much appreciated. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Melbourne and have recommended it to all of our friends.

Beautiful appointed and styled property, super convenient, parking included. We stayed with out 2 young kids (4 & 8). So convenient with carparking on site. Just leave your car and walk straight out to enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer. Great food, shopping and culture. We especially appreciated the carefully considered way the appartment had been appointed and how everything just felt so luxurious! We very much enjoyed our stay and felt very spoilt. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back.

Best apartment in Melbourne

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic. Oir experience from the greeting from Ingrid to yhem entering the apartment met with snacks, a cold bottle of wine in the fridge, to all the high end linen, pillows, towels, appliances, beautiful glasses to drink from, the balcony is stunning with an electric heater and a gorgeous view, comfortable beds, the decor is rich with layer's. I could go on and on about the attention to detail the owner has created. The location is sublime with everything at your finger tips. A bangin apartment and a fabulous stay 😍

Degraves St Apartment

The apartment was lovely. Everything we needed was there. Towels and linen were lovely and anything else we would have needed was there as well. Great location for shopping eating and pretty much everything Melbourne has to offer was at your fingertips. Only one thing negative was because we were sharing. It would have been nice to have bedside drawers and more space in the main bedroom cupboard. Thanks for a lovely clean apartment 😊

Wonderful time!

We family came to Melbourne for the first time from Japan and loved Melbourne. This apartment was very convenient to go anywhere. The apartment was cleaned neatly and the facilities were wonderful. The acoustic facilities were wonderful, and I was able to spend my time in my apartment while listening to music every day with my family. The towels and bedding were wonderful, and I was able to sleep soundly, even though it was an unfamiliar place. It was a really nice apartment where you could feel the warmth. Donna's response was wonderful, she answered the questions very kindly, and the reply were very quick.There was no problem at all. I definitely want to stay here if I come to Melbourne again!

Wonderful, 10/10

The apartment is absolutely stunning, immaculately clean, in a perfect location and with all the comforts you could possibly want. Our host, Donna, was so extremely kind and wonderful to contact - making the check-in process very easy. Being on Degraves street with all the cafés and restaurants on our doorstep was convenient and made our trip so memorable. Not to mention the quality was amazing, and we had some of the best food here during our trip! Directly opposite Flinders Street Station and with trams essentially 1min walk from your doorstep, made for easy travelling. I was originally planning to stay in a hotel, but am so glad we chose to stay at Donna’s apartment which felt luxurious but also very homely and comfortable. Perfect if you intend to stay for a few nights & are looking for some extra space and the amenities that come with this apartment. Will absolutely be back for our next Melbourne trip. Highly recommend & a sincere thanks to Donna & team for being such lovely hosts. Best, Sarina

Beyond perfect!!

Meeting friends in Melbourne for a few days we thought an apartment would be better than a hotel so we could spend more time together. The Degraves apartment was going to tick all of the boxes. Amazing location, luxury accommodation, well appointed and affordable. My friends and I arrived at different times so technically had two check-in and checkout times and this was no problem at all. The added bonus was the car space under the building. We did not need the car during our trip but knowing it was safe and secure gave us peace of mind. The apartment itself was STUNNING. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, amazing view and location and you want for nothing as the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My friends had their flight cancelled and requested a later checkout and that was no problem. The owner Donna was quick to reply to any questions directed to her. Ingrid & Stanley who were our onsite liaisons were just lovely. Will definitely be staying here when next in Melbourne.
