Located within in the historic Mutual Store Building-Melbourne's first department-store, this unique apartment combines heritage charm with contemporary luxury. Relax on your private balcony while taking in stunning views of the iconic Flinders Street Station dome.

THE APARTMENT
Please note this is a two-level apartment with an internal staircase.

ENTRY LEVEL (Level 5 of the building): Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, private balcony with city views, powder room (second toilet) and a European laundry with Miele washing machine and dryer conveniently tucked away in a cupboard beside the kitchen.

UPPER LEVEL: Two bedrooms and the main bathroom, accessed via the apartment's internal staircase. Both bedrooms feature plush king-size beds with the second bedroom able to be configured as two king single beds upon request.

This layout is ideal for guests who enjoy separate living and sleeping spaces but may not be suitable for anyone with mobility concerns or who prefers to avoid stairs.

UNBEATABLE LOCATION: Step outside onto vibrant Degraves Street renowned for its cafe culture, boutique shopping and lively atmosphere. Wander through Melbourne's heritage arcades, discover award-winning restaurants, theatres and sporting venues - all within easy walking distance. Prefer public transport? Our concierge will meet you on arrival and assist you with the parking process and then escort you to the apartment to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in.

Absolute Perfection on Degraves Street!Our stay at this incredible apartment completely blew us away. From the moment we stepped inside, the attention to detail and tasteful decor made us feel instantly at home yet wrapped in luxury. The location is unbeatable, situated directly above the cafes and restaurants of Degraves Street. I loved starting my mornings on the lovely balcony, sipping coffee while enjoying views of Melbourne. The entire experience was seamless, starting with a flawless and stress-free check-in process. The apartment itself was fully stocked with premium amenities and high quality appliances that made our stay incredibly comfortable. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be booking again for our next Melbourne staycation!

Couldn’t fault anything! The host was lovely and responsive and provided easy to follow instructions.The apartment is modern and very clean. There are quality fittings and all the bedding and towels was very nice and luxurious.The location was a huge standout for us - easy walking distance to restaurants, South Bank, the Australian Open and shopping!
