This beautiful north-east facing waterfront home is situated in a prized location with fantastic access to the Gippsland Lakes and just a 3-min drive to pristine patrolled beaches.

The home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 12 guests making it ideal for extended families to enjoy. Please note that the downstairs studio/annex is outside access only. The waterfront deck overlooking the North Arm captures not only magnificent water views but is a great platform from which to observe the beautiful local wildlife. With direct access to the lake, why not bring your tinnie or kayak and paddle down to town or to lunch at the local winery. For the boating and fishing enthusiasts or the stay-in and read book lovers, this is a fantastic base for everyone to come home to at the end of a day of exploring and enjoy waterside dining or the indoor fireplace (BYO Wood).

Our getaway

perfect for our group of 7. Kitchen worked well and the fire in the lounge area was welcome.We had to buy more kindling to start the fire but there was a ton of logs. Outdoor area was lovely sitting in the sun on the only day that was warm enough.The view from the rooms was delightful.A happy stay.

lovely place to stay at. needed a bit more assistance with the property manager as there were confusion about the booking at the start, they had a system issue and kept asking me to refer to the previous email which the system issue was i didn't get the email. =/

Great House / Great View

Extra-large, comfy and very clean house. Suits large family or large groups. Plenty of room, large kitchen and great lounge areas. Nice quiet court location. We had a six man work team working various shifts. We were able to split the team into various rooms ensuring everyone enjoyed a good day or night's sleep.

Waterfront Property with beautiful views

Overall property wonderful. Interior very clean and presented beautifully. Suggest: deep steps on the outside decking, leading to the sitting and bbq areas should have balustrades. We believe this is potentially an OHS issues (falls for children or adults) Unfortunately no access to the waterfront nor, walking tracks available.

Reviewer Comments: Arukah is situated in a private location, offers good parking spaces and sufficient bedrooms, beddings and lounge spaces, the wood heater is sufficient to warm the whole house and provision of heaters in the bedrooms. Perhaps a coffee maker, portable cooktop for seafood cooking and trolley to haul belongings from car park will be a plus to amenities

A wonderful place for a 40 year reunion, but would suit large families or a couple of families to share.Ate out for one meal at Sodafish and can highly recommend the chef’s tasting menu. Exquisite!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very rainy weekend beautiful veiw but rain was pouring in through windows, seals on windows needed repairs. I was then charged for damage to fly screens apparently done by small animal, but we had no animals in the house and never touched any windows as it was an extremely wet cold weekend.

As you may recall we spent extra time meeting you at the property the week prior to your stay for you to have a walk through and assign bedrooms for your group, some of your group are from the local area and were aware of the location of the property. After your departure we even returned some items that you left at the property to your home. We pride ourselves in being available to ensure guests stay are enjoyable and that any issues during our guest stay are addressed in a timely manner. At no time during your stay, or when we returned items, did you raise issues with us about the property condition.
