The house is very spacious family home that has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2.5 garage spare fridge, 2 x bicycles and tandem kayak.
The main siting room has a 52 inch TV and Freedom U shape sofa. Large entertainment area with Pergola (to be installed Nov 2021).
There is a seperate study down stairs and a second work area upstairs.
There is a second sitting room on the first floor with a sofa and TV that has Free TV, Netflix and Stan.
The master bedroom has its own "wing" with large bathroom, exercise room/work area and a massive walkin Robe.
Bedroom 2 is also a huge bedroom with a Queen bed, ensuite and WIR.
Bedroom 3 is also spacious with a double bed.
Bedroom 4 is a single bed suited for a child.
The garage is huge with access to the rear garden.
The laudry has a washing machine and condensing dryer.
