Perfect little unit for two

This place was awesome.. very clean and was equipped with everything you need for a little home away from home.. Location was perfect for what we needed it for and only 10min drive from Rye or beaches.. bed was comfy and aircon was amazing very strong. We will definitely return in the future

Rooms clean n tidy. Visit to Blue Mini Cafe for breakfast/coffee very close by & Rosebud Country club also a short walk for meals Though on arrival the appearance of the front of the property looked very much the maintenance business a tad untidy. But hosts were very helpful

This is a nice clean unit but the approach is not so good. The unit is behind a family house and the front is not at all inviting. As you head around the back you wonder what it will be like. Surprisingly it is very neat. Unfortunately there is no fly screen on the bedroom window and I don’t really sleep if I can’t have the window open. I didn’t want the mosquitos coming in. The same with the back door, it also has no screen door so it is difficult to let the air through particularly if the weather is warm. Also there are no containers to keep biscuits etc. in so as to avoid ants getting to them.

Great stay

It was Great, lovely little place, clean, had everything we needed. Only thing is the bed was why to soft, No smart TV so couldn't cast and I couldn't get the BBQ to work. Other than that, I fully recommend.

I go to Rosebud twice a year and it nice to find a nice comfortable little cottage that's not over priced and in a great location. will continue to stay here for as long as i can.

enjoyable little getaway

We enjoyed the property and had a great time, appreciated the complementary wine. Peaceful spot which we would consider returning to for future holidays. Notes: Description of property: (not to be picky, and not to demand refund at all, very happy with experience, but important to note) "Our property is a brand new unit located on a large block behind a house" The property is actually adjoining to the house and is not separate from the property. This wasn't a deal breaker but is not as advertised. The name "GolfSide Getaway" is also a little gimmicky. It is not "Golf Side" however it is on a property that is close to the golf course, but not physically golfside. But yes, a short walk away. unsure if it is a local gov. issue or not, but it is a shame there was no recycling options only general waste. also the aircon unit is over powering for the space, you should consider a smaller unit. was pretty loud and hard to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Hello, Thanks for your feedback. Our name "Golfside Getaway" name isn't indicating it literally on the Golf Course, it's only walking distance - just a cute name. We don't show any pictures of us actually on the golf course, nor is it in the description - but we are super close. The split system works well and can be turned up or down. The home has a separate entrance to the main home and is behind this home. There's a recycling bin at the front of the home. Thanks for your feedback.

Had a lovely 😊 weekend away at golf side getaway

This is the perfect little place for golfers and people just wanting to get away for a little break. The place was super clean and the bed was real cosy,kitchen and bathroom were more than enough also Jade our host was friendly and efficient with a few questions we had. A truly value for money little cosy studio so close to everything 👍

5 Wonderful days at Goldside Getaway

Lovely property to stay at, has everything one needs. Property was spotless and very comfortable, Only 1 negative was that we had to have the blinds down most of the way due to their only being a single block out blind, so letting in a lot of light was impossible. But that is something I could live with. I go to Rosebud twice a year and if available I will definitely be staying at Golfside Getaway again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . *****

Fantastic stay! We recommend

Well equipped house with all the essential, we had everything for our 4 day stay. Close to shops and beach if you are happy to drive a couple of ks. House was very clean and tidy ( I personally loved how the toilet even was disinfected and cleaned ). The arrival surprise was nice too :). We felt secluded and private enough and were comfortable. We couldn't find any vacuume cleaner so made us a bit extra cautious about making a mess. ( Would love to see a vacuum cleaner for the next stay ). Really, overall 5 star stay for us and we totally recommend. fantastic house and hospitality thanks guys :)
