Our beach house (Site T-31, Tern Drive) is located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Resort, a fabulous family friendly community with one mile of beautiful beach and numerous amenities including a Water Park, Swimming Pools, Mini-Golf, Game Center, Basketball, Volleyball, Playgrounds, Skate Park, Eight Freshwater Lakes and 24 Hour Gated Security Patrol. Our beautiful two-story home features everything to make your vacation enjoyable. It features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and all the cook ware you may require. The living area features hard wood floors with a family room and eat in kitchen. There is cable TV with expanded channels as well as internet access for our guests. In addition, the lower level carport area contains patio furniture, a TV, outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. Newly added is a 36" Blackstone griddle and tools for those who love to cook outside! A washer and dryer is provided to make your vacation complete. BED AND BATH LINENS FOR UP TO 10 GUESTS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR CLEANING FEE!!

Once you park your car under the beach house, the friendly community of Ocean Lakes will surround you. You can relax on the decks or on the beach, or chose to enjoy the many recreational activities available with in the Ocean Lakes community. In addition there are many nearby attractions located in and around Myrtle Beach which you are sure to enjoy! Just move in, unpack and unwind!

NOTEWORTHY INFORMATION:

1. This house is NON-SMOKING and DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.
2. Minimum age to rent is 30
3. There is NO GOLF CART included in this rental.
4. Motorcycles are not allowed to be driven in Ocean Lakes but may be placed in the overflow lots.
5. Only three vehicles may be parked at the house under the carport.
6. Summer rentals are SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY.
7. There is a security camera on the premises for your safety and ours.
8. Parking passes are required and will be issued by Ocean Lakes directly to our guests. The fee to park is $12 per day per vehicle if the passes are obtained in advance of your stay.
9. Should you have any questions please use the CONTACT HOST function before utilizing the REQUEST TO BOOK function. When reaching out to us, please tell us a little bit about your family and your trip. BEDROOM#1: Master bedroom is located on the first floor. It includes a King bed and full bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower.

BEDROOM#2. Is located on the second floor and contains a Queen bed. It shares a full sized bathroom (tub/shower) with Bedroom #3.

BEDROOM#3. Is located on the second floor and contains a Queen bed. It shares a full sized bathroom (tub/shower) with Bedroom #2.

BEDROOM#4. Is located on the second floor and contains a Queen bed. It shares a full sized bathroom (tub/shower) with Bedroom #5.

BEDROOM#5. Is located on the second floor and contains two Twin beds. It shares a full sized (tub/shower) bathroom with Bedroom #4.
