Disappointment

We were so excited to pick this location for our families yearly vacation. The location was great, but the heated pool that is advertised was actually broken (and scheduled for repair for after we left) so they were aware. The pool water was 70 degrees and too cold for anyone but the 7 year old to swim in. Also, paddleboards were advertised, and there was none. The kayaks were nice. Absolutely no extras here. No soap, shampoo, toilet paper was there.. the kind that chaves your butt....(2 rolls for 6 people for 4 days). 100% would not stay here again or with this conpany because of the lies advertised and no follow up when we asked for a resolution. We made the best of it but for what we paid for 3 nights we could have choosen a better home without a pool.

Maybe a 2.5 at best

It started with the door code not set for us to get in. We had to call and call and after about 25 min finally could get it. Unit was not very clean, there was still garbage and a hair piece under couch cushion. Couch and beds felt like dollar store purchases as well as the rest of the amenities for use. One decent size pan that is from good will, your food will stick every time. There is actually plastic forks in the drawer. No storage for food except the glad disposable dollar store containers. No toilet paper, dish soap or dish washer detergent, we had to make a trip to buy all 3 when we were there. There was left over food in cupboard that looked very old. Second bathroom shower is disgusting, drain doesn’t hardly work. Pool was green and the pool area could be a lot cleaner. Internet is sub par as well, disconnected us all the time. Everything in the unit felt it was from garage sale or goodwill. Be aware if you rent this and be prepared for disappointment!!!!

Relaxing and memorable!

Great week with two teens… they loved the pool. Quiet neighborhood, nice for walking. (Enjoyed seeing the ground owls nearby!) Good location for heading out. We hit Marco, Naples, and Sanibel (twice!) Enjoyed watching the boats go by on the canal, and the sunsets were spectacular. Weather was perfect, too. Very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you!

Disappointed

Since the beaches were closed or go at your own risk the pool was very important to us. It was very dirty and the water was low. The pool guy added water which was a lot so the water was cold and the filtration system never ran nor the heater after that. We called twice and were told someone would be there to fix it. Never happened. Paint was coming off in large pieces in the bath tub. No pillow cases on pillows in one of the bedrooms, no hand towels. Dishes were dirty. Code was not ready for the early check in. Upon return I called to complain especially about the pool and felt we should have some reduction in cost and was told someone would call or email as soon as possible. Nothing just like the other times we called. Very disappointed.

Overall we had a wonderful time at this property. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Great view of the canal. The house was quite clean and pictures are representative. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter Break

Property manager and Roelens Rental were prompt and easy to get in touch with. There was an issue with the front door code and property manager quickly called to fix the situation & Roelens called to follow up. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the beach chairs by the canal. The bathtub was clean and usable but the paint was chipping off so we preferred to use the other shower.

The house and location were absolutely amazing! The pool was perfect was in there everyday. We also laid out down by canal. Close by stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!! Communication was great

Perfect vacation home.

The property manager was so helpful, from booking to our call about the power outage. The location was perfect for dining, entertainment and beac access. The pool was wonderful.

Be prepared

Overall, the pool was very warm, and the fridge was cold. Those are great. However there was some damaged items in the home, and i could not get a hold of anyone for days, until i sent a 4th or 5th message about an outlet sparking. The kitchen is far from stocked. I have rented a home in the area every spring break for 6 years, and there always seems to be at least enough items to cook a standard meal. only salt and pepper in the cabinet... normally a little stock of backup on some spices or canned items, condiments etc... was started with 3 1/2 rolls of toilet paper and a very small amount of dish soap. 1 dish towel in the entire place.. and no cleaning supplies for counters / tables etc... I couldn't even open a bottle of wine. Nearly every cabinet and drawer was empty in the kitchen. We did enjoy the pool, and the view. But feel they could be a little more prepared and could accommodate more efficiently.
