The Space:

The Location - This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is situated half way between Hastings Street and the famous Noosa National Park. You can relax by the landscaped gardens around the pool or just enjoy the complete privacy and filtered Laguna Bay views from the furnished balcony. A short stroll away is gorgeous Little Cove Beach. Just sit back, relax and enjoy beautiful Noosa.



This three-bedroom, penthouse unit offers open plan living with air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi and dining table with six chairs, floor to ceiling windows to capture the filtered ocean views plus sliding door access to a full-length covered balcony with outdoor setting. The kitchen offers: Dishwasher, fridge, microwave and bench space a-top to prepare meals.



The master bedroom also has access to the main balcony to enjoy the stunning views, this room features a queen size bed, bedside tables, built-in robes, ceiling fan and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom offers two single beds, bedside table, built-in robe and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a shower and a tub, and also houses a washing machine and a clothes dryer.



Other features in the complex include: outdoor BBQ area with fully fenced yard and in-ground swimming pool plus undercover parking for one car- (Note - there is a strict height limit of 1.8m for undercover park - breaches of this limit can result in major building infrastructure damage which can lead to a very large Guest charge )

There is a set of stairs up to the apartment, there is no lift.



Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.
