友人と7人で利用。 駐車場は建物敷地内に1台、少し離れたところに1台の計2台停められます。 離れの駐車場周辺は雪が降ってるとかなり歩きにくいです。 部屋はオートロックです。メールで通知される暗証番号でロック解除。 新しい施設みたいなので、部屋は写真通りの綺麗さでとても満足でした。 受付のスタッフなどはおらず、チェックインはタブレットでおこなうので、エアビーで宿泊する感覚に近いなと感じました。 車で5分のところにコンビニ、10分のところにスーパーあるので便利です。 総じて最高の宿泊でした。

2家族、大人5名子供1名で利用しました。食材は持ち込みにしましたが、調理具や食器等は充実していて全く問題ありませんでした。建物全体が新しく綺麗で広く、大変快適にすごせました。子供連れの温泉旅行には最適です。 敢えて要望すれば、チェックアウトが11時だとなお良かったです。 また利用したいと思います。

新宿からバスで行きましたが、バス停の近くですごく便利でした

新宿からバスで行きましたが、バス停の近くですごく便利でした。 到着すると温泉や足湯が良い感じになっており、早速楽しむことができました。 またテレビも大画面で、ソファに寝ながら映画を楽しむことができました。 今回は一人でゆっくりできましたが、次回は連泊で、家族や恋人と泊まりたいなと思いました。

部屋の作りは解放感があり、特にハンモックは子供たちが大喜びでとても良かったです。 ただ、入室時に敷地内の自分の部屋の駐車場が他の人に使われていたり、 とても怖かったのが、オートロックでしまっているはずの玄関が恐らく人為的なミスで開いていたりと、管理が杜撰な印象でその点は残念でした。

レビューで駐車場が狭いとあり、不安でしたが平日ということもあり、隣は駐車されていなかったので大丈夫でしたが、他の車があればかなり停めにくかったと思います。それ以外は本当に素晴らしい施設で家族も喜んでいました。鍋を屋内で出来るかオペレーターに確認したところ、キッチンで料理してテーブルで食べる事になりますと案内されましたが、行ってみるとIHのコンロと鍋がありました。(案内では直火禁止なのでテーブルで使用するコンロはありませんと案内されていました。)他のサイトではすき焼き付きのプランとかもあるのでおかしいと思ってはいましたが...新しい施設なのでスタッフさんにもう少しがんばってほしいですね！チェックインも少し分かりにくかったです。 ですが、コロナ禍では特におすすめの施設です！
