This beautifully decorated villa features open plan and sociable living based around a large, airy kitchen/dining space which has been equipped with up-dated fittings and appliances, including USB chargers throughout, Air-Play / Blue-Tooth sound system and unlimited data.
An adjacent TV area affords space for some time out, and if the mercury drops outside, central heating inside provides for cosy intimacy. Covered outside dining area with heaters.
The bedrooms are spacious, with the main bedroom including a walk-in, en-suite and French doors opening out to the main deck area.
Two driveway entrances with plenty of off-street parking, covered carport at front door, expansive grounds, in-ground swimming pool (available & heated Labour Weekend to Easter). The pool season can be extended on request.
Separate games room with pool table, foose-ball, table tennis, TV, Blue Tooth Sound System, additional fridge & toilet with doors opening out onto covered seated area close to the swimming pool.
A leisurely 900m walk to the square.
This 3 Bedroom House provides accommodation with Entertainment, Barbecue/Outdoor Cooking, Child Friendly, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. The rental House has 3 Bedrooms (either of the Super King beds have an option to split on request ) and 2 Bathrooms to make you feel right at home.

Absolutely stunning spot, house is generous and on a significant section - our kids entertained themselves all weekend between pool and games room. Lovely covered deck and spacious bedrooms made for a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back!

Luxurious living

As soon as we walked in the kids said "wow, we want to live here". The furnishings are luxurious, the rooms big and the outdoor amenities perfect for kids - a pools and a massive games room. Parents can relax with a bottle of wine on the verandah and enjoy the break!

property advertised with pool BUT not available to be used.

we made this booking because there was the swimming pool for the grandchlidern, But on arrival we found pool closed. Very very disappointing as the only reason we decided on this property was the pool. Even today the property is marketed with a pool . Which is false advertising.

Ideal weekend getaway

What a lovely house with a perfect outdoor living space, games room that has a big smart tv and nice surround sound for playing music videos while you game, great pool. Everything lovely and clean and beautifully styled. Such an ideal spot for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Quiet street, short walk to the square.
