Just to make the check-in more convenient for you, we will leave keys in a lock-box which is located off-site nearby the building premise in the CBD. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to the guest on the day of arrival.

You will be able to check-in from 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.

NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are as we will have an off-site lockbox for after hours, and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs.

IMPORTANT: It is important to understand for all our guests that this property is located within Mantra Panadanas Hotel. The Reception Desk and internal services are for Hotel Guests only. For any local tourist information please contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you. We work closely with tour operators and can offer competitive prices for your benefit. Pool, gym, and spa are accessible for all residents.

Uniquely located downtown Darwin central location; we are situated within Mantra Panadanas hotel which boosts a hotel restaurant, pool, gym, and spa. It is within walking distance to the impressive Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for relaxing with family fun holidays. Also, the Darwin Waterfront Precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre making this area convenient for Corporate conference accommodation.

Everything is within walking distance or riding distance around the city. There are no trains or trams in Darwin city so for public transport catching the bus will be your best option - there are bus stops close by on the Street. Uber has started operating in Darwin since mid-2018.

NOTE: During busy periods there are various shuttle services that pick up and drop off patrons to scenic and popular locations. Also, Darwin has recently implemented a trial of 250 e-scooters that make it more convenient to get around the CBD.

Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- No smoking
- Pool Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- No Glass, No Alcohol & No Smoking of any description in the pool area
- No Lifeguard on Duty - Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times.
- Respect these pool rules for your safety and the safety of others.
- Gym Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- Stereo music and noise must be kept to a safe and responsible level
- Children under 16 years old are not permitted in the gymnasium
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- THE SWIPE CARDS/KEYS SHOULD BE LEFT IN THE LOCKBOX ONLY
IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350-$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
