Bee Our Guest: EPH, Close to Downtown and Beach!

Nestled in walkable East Pensacola Heights, this one-bedroom duplex features close access to Bayou Texar, I-110, Downtown Pensacola, and Pensacola Beach.

Enjoy an original hardwood floors, fully furnished living space and bedroom. We keep the cottage vacation-ready for you to feel at home here in Pensacola. Be sure to check the Pensacola event calendar - we are known as the “Festival City of the South” and there is always something going on! Come enjoy our southern town.

There is NO washer or dryer in the home; there are multiple laundromats near the duplex for your convenience.

There is NO central a/c, the home has two window units; one located in the living room and the other in the bedroom.

Free WIFI on location; house manual located in the home will give you the instructions on how to connect.

Parking is on the left side on the duplex, one car will fit into the parking spot by Bee Our Guest, and street parking is available for any additional needs.

Outa Sight Pest treats the duplex quarterly for all pests.

Very modest older home, but had everything we needed. Nice location right across the bay from a park with a great walking trail. Just a couple of miles to I-110, so there is easy access to head north towards I-10 or south towards Gulf Breeze and the beaches. Somewhat in the flight path of planes going toward the airport, but that really didn't bother us. This is not a fancy place, but it is adequate and, for the price, it is worth it.

A small very clean unit located in an area that is close to restaurants, East Hill, and downtown. If I had to file a dislike it would be the outside of the unit could use pressure washing. Other than that the place was clean, well stocked, and very convenient for our needs.

Bee our Guest was just what I needed for a couple of nights in Pensacola. Bear in mind this is an older property not a brand new resort. With that said, it was spotlessly clean and well equipped. I had a couple of needs that were promptly handled by the host. The location was easy to find, and even though it is part of a duplex, I never once heard any noise from the neighbors. I would definitely stay at Bee our Guest again.

Nice place

A great alternative to an expensive hotel room. With a car easy access to plenty of places to see and restaurants. Nothing fancy, but a nice clean cottage with lots more room that a hotel. I would stay here again and recommend others do so as well.

Good stay

A basic small apartment but just what we needed. The location was close to family and beach, our focus for this trip. Clean and neat and the kitchen supplied everything we needed, including coffee! Very hot while we were in Pensacola (90-100 each day) but the AC worked great keeping us cool. Would consider this location again.
