Framed by manicured lawns and the sweeping countryside, Hamptons Farm Estate is a destination in its own right. The 11-metre pool and expansive outdoor areas create a show-stopping backdrop for relaxing, entertaining, or wedding celebrations beneath the big Western Australian skies.

In the North Wing, grand proportions set the tone with a soaring cathedral-style Great Room, a designer blue kitchen by Indah Island, and elegant dining that extends to a generous alfresco area overlooking the pool and lawn. A full scullery and laundry add seamless convenience for longer stays.

The original Heritage Wing blends farmhouse charm with refined luxury, offering four beautifully restored bedrooms with queen and double beds, wardrobes, a shared bathroom, and a powder room. Interiors nod to timeless Hamptons style while embracing a distinctly Australian warmth.

In the South Wing, the elevated Retreat Room captures tranquil paddock views and leads to the Bridal Suite—designed with soft florals, plush bedding, a walk-in robe, and an indulgent ensuite. Upstairs, the Mezzanine reveals two styled lounging zones, perfect for photo moments or quiet reflection. Comfort is assured with ducted air conditioning in the North Wing and split systems in the South.

Completing the estate, the Blue Studio offers a fully self-contained haven with a bold navy kitchenette, queen bed, bathroom, and bathroom—an ideal private escape for in-laws, stylists, or additional guests.

We provide bath towels only. Please bring your own pool towels.

This venue has its own Terms and Conditions which we will provide. The published nightly rates are for accommodation only and do not apply to retreats or events.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire estate to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Located just 90 minutes from the charming heritage town of Toodyay, guests can explore antique shops, historic pubs, and countryside walks. For wedding parties and weekenders, local florists, stylists and gourmet caterers service the estate with ease. Nearby, visit Coorinja Winery for tastings, or take a drive through the Avon Valley’s rolling hills and hidden trails.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
