Check in was super simple, the house was as advertised. Clean, great location, there was even coffee pods for the nespresso machine. Beds are comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. The front porch is a wonderful place to start the day with coffee and end the day with a drink.

The house is a great find, away from downtown Montreal. As pictured & described. We'd absolutely stay here again. Host communicated with us via message during stay. Kitchen had necessities. Washer & dryer in basement was a plus.

Love the house. Kitchen and bath rooms recently remodeled and upgraded. Host Victor/Vlad helpful and quick to respond to all questions and I/we had a few! Nearby local restaurants all excellent Il Fornetto twice Arena Pizza twice, once take out Chez L'Gourmand great lunch Even walked down to the Dairy Queen for a Sundae We ventured into Downtown to the Irish pub. Beautiful Townhouse!

My middle-age friends and I stayed here for a weekend for my bachelorette party. The townhouse is spacious, clean & beautiful! It is within walking distance to the river and many restaurants. Downtown Montreal is about a 20 minute drive, but there is a lot to do and see in this area. We all really enjoyed the Taormina Lounge for dinner which is about a 5 minute walk. Tell Vito the middle-age bachelorette party girls from Boston highly recommended his restaurant!

Huge home but maintenance needed

As instructed we drove to the back of the house to 1 of 2 parking options to drop off our bags and pick up groceries. Immediately we were put off by the conditions at the back of the house. The windows and handrails were full of spider webs and bugs. Clearly this was not a well maintained place.. There were just 4 of us. We looked around as we picked our rooms. The dining room had a large chandelier but only 2 bulbs worked. Both the kitchen and living rooms were nice. Upstairs we noted both bathroomss were dirty and had black mold and mildew stains. The towels didnt smell fresh. We made the best of our 3 nights stay. The neighborhood is nice. The home is huge. We felf misled by the ratings. gobeat and pickup some groceri

Host was very easy to get ahold of and gave great suggestions on sites and food. The inside was very clean but the outside could use a little tlc. Beautiful view off front porch. Accessible to walking path along the river across the street and park. The views at sunset by the lighthouse is gorgeous and just a short walk down the path. The stairs outside and inside are hard to navigate if you have physically challenged people but ok for others. Most rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. All in all it was a good stay!

C’est un 4.5/5 , soyons clair !!! Très agréable maison et extrêmement tranquille. Mon équipe de travail et moi sommes arrivés tard et quitter tôt les deux jours de ce court séjour mais suffisamment longtemps pour apprécier l’endroit et l’environnement pour y retourner très certainement. Le propriétaire est sympathique et bon communicateur. Nous étions tous d’avis qu’elle aurait été d’avantage intéressante avec quelques additions et ajustements à la literie et aux fournitures. Location with room to spare

This spacious house is in a great location. Overlooking the St. Lawrence River, the house is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The host, Vlad, couldn't be more accommodating, and he responded quickly to any question. The house is perfect for large families.
