This expansive 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath retreat in Cabezas, Fajardo, sleeps 14 across five king suites each with an ensuite bath, plus two casitas with kitchenettes, one with a queen bed and the other casita has a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy nine flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, BBQ grill and seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces.



Start your day with sunrise views on the sun deck, swim in the sparkling pool, then unwind in the spacious living and dining areas. Essentials like washer/dryer, beverage center and linens for 14 make longer stays a breeze.



Just minutes from Las Croabas, you’re close to El Yunque rainforest hikes, bioluminescent bay tours, white-sand beaches and top-rated seafood spots.



Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay.



Transportation: We think it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay - that will provide you with the most flexibility and opportunity to take in all that Puerto Rico has to offer! However, if you prefer to hire a transportation service - please let us know , there are some better suited for day trips vs dinners out - larger groups vs smaller groups; we have several we will share in our Guidebook you receive once you have made your reservation! Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available.



We also have regular groundskeeping staff that is on site daily to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on site anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. There is not a hot tub in the pool, it is simply a sitting area in the water. The pool is not heated.



No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff. Additional cleaning fee may be required.
