Open plan living room/diner/kitchen provides the perfect social environment for families and/or friends vacationing.
On the doorstep of the iconic Ipanema beach and a few minutes walk to Copacabana.
Restaurants, supermarkets and shops located within walking distance.
The apartment is equipped with a safe that can accommodate a laptop.
Reservations are currently restricted to single family groups and as part of the building's Covid measures, only residents (i.e. the guests named in the reservation) are permitted to enter the building.
A heightened cleaning regime prior to check-in is employed and at least 3 clear days between all reservations.

I fell in love with the Marvellous City on my first trip to Rio in 2002 and have vacationed there as much as I could ever since, finding something new and wonderful on each trip. My last trip was spent in many joyful hours cycling Rio's extensive cycle paths and discovery hidden gems of bars and restaurants in the cobbled streets around Jardim Botanico.

Why they chose this property

I renovated this penthouse completely from ceiling to floor with a view to living in it myself so it's a standard rarely found in rental properties. You come to Rio for the weather so outdoor space when you arrive back from a hard day on the beach is just perfect for a well deserved beverage to set you up for an evening in or before a night out. And when if comes to going out, there's no need to queue for a bathroom with 4 to choose from.
