HOT TUB!!!Newly Remodeled 3000 square feet house only 5 min a way from Table Rock lake or Taneycomo and famous 76 strip waiting for you folks(save your time for fun not for driving),4 Bedrooms/3 Bath and a furnished basement with an antique (75 years old) nine foot pool table. Large parking area( can park 3+ boats). Master bedroom has a jetted tub. There are 2 King beds; 1 Queen; 1 Bunk bed and 4 futons. There are 4 TVs with cable,PS4 with games downstairs. Separate GAMEROOM with QLED TV and PS5, Foosball Table, Wall Dart Board.Direct TV (ESPN,ESPN2,Fox Sport).All beds have memory foam mattresses. The brand new kitchen has the most updated appliances and granite counter tops. The huge dining table has room for 10 people with 3 additional seats at the counter. There are 2 LED fireplaces for warmth and ambiance. Dog fee $25 per night (25lb max). The house also has a brand new washer/dryer, everything you would need for a carefree vacation. Tobacco-FREE and Smoke-FREE facility( outside only)!Summer time rent starting last week of the May Saturday-Saturday, weekly only. Family Christmas ‘25

Our stay was excellent. Everyone enjoyed themselves as everything was just a short distance away. There was plenty of room for all of of us to comfortably, and not feel like we were stepping on each other’s toes. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. We will definitely be keeping this one on our short list of place to check availability again when we are all looking at places to go for our family outings

Only issue was that the cleaning people did not get through until 4:30 so we had to sit outside until they finished before we could get in the house. Also, inside air unit was leaking very bad. All towels were used daily to keep the floor dry.

Best location for hitting the Branson strip

Super host! House well equipped. It rained one day so the pool table came in handy. The new garage conversion would be great for entertaining kids. Lots of room to spread out. Quiet neighborhood. It’s our 5th stay and we’ll be back.

Nice stay

This was a great place for a large group. The game rooms and extra kitchenette provided plenty of room to spread out. The Mexican food next door was good, too. The location is just off the overly beaten path and a very quick ride to the central 76 strip. We've stayed in "better" places in Branson, but this one still gets 5 stars for meeting the needs of a multi-generation group.

We enjoyed the amount of space in the kitchen. It allowed all 13 of us to be together for our meals. The game room was also great.

Great property to stay at for a family. The house is a wonderful size and very clean and beautifully done. Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious. Couldn’t ask for a better location and the host was easy to work with.

Great home, great location!

This home was perfect for our family. The kids could not get enough of the pool table. Kitchen is well stocked and the counter top ice maker was a hit! Home is very clean. Great space for parking. We loved how close it is to the strip. We would definitely rent this home again!

Everything was nice. You might want to check the hose on the grill. It is restricting the gas flow. Which takes it some time to light. You have to use a striker. It could bea risk if someone leaves the gas on long enough to light

Property is clean and well-decorated. Anton was very easy to communicate with and is an all-around good guy. Check-in was hassle-free. It's very close to The Strip and everything else in Branson that is worth doing. Neighborhood is quiet. Backyard is fenced-in; this was great for our two dogs. Highly recommend!

We came for a family vacation in Branson. The property has plenty of room for a crowd, both inside and out! Very clean and accessible with thoughtful amenities. Party room in the lower level was awesome!

This is a great property at a good location. Within 10-15 minutes to everything in Branson. The house is split into two levels, the stairs can be a challenge if you are older, but the house is setup to where you can enter the property via two doors. You don’t have to use the stairs unless you wish to go to lower level. The host was amazing, highly responsive, and cared about helping you with anything. The downstairs area with pool table is an awesome spot to hang out. My only negative was the beds were pretty stiff. Might not be a problem for some people. I highly recommend this property.

Family time

We booked this property since many of the hotels, cabins, and other properties were more than what we wanted to spend or didn't allow pets. The property was great. The beds are outdated meaning uncomfortable. The bunk beds you sank in, and had no cushion to it. The bedroom downstairs is an old sprung mattress and the bed made noises when we tossed and turned. That bedroom window faces a busy street so we heard cars through the night. The upstairs bedroom had no night light, the jacuzzi tub where the jets are had yellow grime inside so we didn't use that as no cleaning products were in the house. I would suggest night lights in the 2 bedrooms downstairs since they had no windows. The food truck that people talk about behind the property is closed their phone number is disconnected. The only access to the back yard is from the kitchen other than going all the way outside then to the yard. Nice fenced yard and fire pit. He also has firewood for you to use. They have nice updated appliances and even an ice maker. The pool table was a great hit we used that multiple times a day. We should have spent more time at the house instead of waiting money going out. We washed all towels, wash cloths, and started one load of bedding before we left as requested. He is a great host and the property as well. Recommend staying here, but not with elderly since there are stairs in order to access the house that has the pool room which most of us hung out.

Once again, this property delivers!

This is our 5th stay at the property. Each time we have been here host Anton has added a touch or two to take it to the next level. (fire pit!) You cannot ask for a more convenient location to all the attractions. The men spent time shooting pool on the antique table while the gals shopped. A fully outfitted kitchen and plenty of extra paper products. We'll definitely be back.
