Welcome to Casablanca! This stylist and modern 3 bedrooms apartment (1 King bed, 2 Queen bed and 1 standard size crib) is on the *LOWER LEVEL/BASEMENT* of 4-Plex. Amazing location just a 5 minutes drives to Whyte Ave with lots of local shops and restaurants. There are bus stations just a block away. 10 minutes drives to downtown and the University of Alberta. A fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy this sleek and modern home with unlimited comfort and convenience!

Our 4-plex is located close to a busy street, and thus there are road noises when the windows are opened.
It's a building with four separate living units. 2 units are in upper level and 2 units are in lower level.
This unit is in LOWER level. 7 stair steps to go down to the unit.
Coin operated washer & dryer (two $1 per load) is shared with other guests and it is located in the lower level of the building.
Detergent is provided for guests to use.

The host was very prompt in texting back if we had a question. The beds were very comfy. The place was clean and had all we needed for our stay. It was a bonus having a Christmas tree over the holidays as we were visiting family. Nice to have our own space!
The stay here was great, a convenient location and just 20 mins from west Edmonton mall. The park across the street was perfect for our 6 year old and all amenities close by.
We had a great time visiting our college kids at university of Alberta. Owner was very responsive and place was clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend.
We had a Lovely stay. Everything was clean and even better than expected! All 4 of us sleeped very comfortable, and room for visitors during the day! Will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

It was very clean, simple and had all the things needed. The host was also very informative and responsive for any thing.

Thank you so much for having us at your home. It truly was beautiful and spotless upon check in. One of my favourite touches was the Christmas tree it was very home-like feeling and was a treat. I would love to stay again if I’m needing a place in Edmonton in the future :)
It was a nice place, cool in the basement and bice comfortable beds. New furnishings and appliances. Hosts were great and communicative. Nice big TV as well. Would stay here again.
This property served as the perfect hub for our hockey weekend in Edmonton. The three bedrooms gave us room to spread out, the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed for eat-in meals. Although it’s located on a busy street the road noise didn’t bother us. The host was quick to respond to our change in plans, and very accommodating. Great stay!
We were in Edmonton for an unexpected surgery for an infant which was an incredibly stressful time. This suite was a huge positive in that stressful time. Linh was absolutely incredible to work with and was happy to accommodate to every need. The suite has absolutely everything needed. We will continue to stay here for future visits and highly recommend choosing this location for your time in Edmonton.
The suite was great but the location was a little bit shadey . The building had a very strong smell of garlic and canabis.
Overall the owner was very attentive and quick to responsed to any issure we had and was great to deal with.
We were looking for a comfortable space that was roomier than a hotel where we could unwind after long days of competition and we found just that with this Casablanca. Lihn made check in and check out very easy with her prompt and clear communication. The property was well decorated giving making it feel like home. All appliances and amenities needed for our week stay were available and ready. The park behind the property was nice and would be great for younger kids to blow off some energy. We were located next to many amenities including a grocery store and shopping mall. I did note other reviews that mentioned smells and wear and tear and yes as this is a four plex and when others are in the units above and around you there were some cooking smells and noise and normal wear and tear but nothing more than you would expect in a four plex. This property is highly recommended by us thank you Lihn for a great experience and comfortable stay way better than a hote!
Our family of 5 (including 3 teens) spent 3 nights at this property. The beds are comfortable, the unit was clean, cozy and welcoming. Full size, quality shower amenities was a pleasant surprise. There is some light traffic noise but nothing that bothered us.
There is coin laundry available which was nice.
The unit is on the lower level so there is some noise from above but again nothing that really bothered us.

The unit is about 15-20 min from West Edmonton Mall
Communication with the host was wonderful. Quick replies to our questions and she checked in with us a couple times.
Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
The property is lovely but because it is located in the lower level you can hear the people above stomping in the middle of the night, and you can also hear to traffic on the streets. Also, the apartment does not have A/C and the fans in two of three rooms do not work.

We are sorry to hear about your uncomfortable stay. Had you let us know the fan situation, we could have come over and showed you how to use it! All the fans are working properly. On our site we do mention that we are located beside a Main Street, and had warned about the noise. You have also booked a downstairs unit, so hearing footsteps from upstairs is unfortunately unavoidable. We have also listed that our unit has no A/C available. We think that a 3 star review is unfair for us. Hopefully next time we will get a better review from you!
I stayed with my daughter, my mom, and her sister. There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and the house was very nicely decorated. The couches could have been better, but we made it work. If you have a baby or small children, you will be very happy with this place (crib and even a baby bath!) Even though we were very close to a relatively busy street, the apartment was very quiet! There is a park across in the back which was nice. The entry is code-locked, which was helpful - no keys to look after! There were only a few stairs to go down (5?). There were enough glasses/dishes and cooking pans, etc. There isn't really a grocery store close by, so depending on which direction you are coming from, you will want to find out where the closest one will be and once you are settled, get everything you need in one shop. Also, there are no numbers on the back of the building, so if you get delivery - you will need to add instructions to your order! The host was very responsive. My daughter goes to the U of A and we could zip back and forth to pick up or drop her off with very little navigating required! We would absolutely stay here again.
