The open concept floor plan makes entertaining a breeze and encourages family time around the dining room table. A fully equipped kitchen awaits your home cooked meals or private chef experience. With high speed internet access and keyless entry vacation has never been more convenient and easy.



Sleeping up to 10 guest this home features four king beds and a new sleeper sofa. The spacious fenced in yard and gated dock access are perfect for children and your furry friends.

Boating:

We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely:

- Private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. Maximum one boat per dock.

- There is no power or pump out service to the slips.

- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate.

Great house for 3 generations of family.

We loved many things about the house, especially how spacious it was/all on 1 level, size of bedrooms & all en-suite baths. Pool was perfect and fishing of backyard pier a bonus. We had a great time.

Beautiful home

We had a nice stay here. Beautiful home. Place is very clean. Communications were very easy. The only thing I have to note is the jet planes from the navy base are insanely loud. If you can get past that it’s a beautiful home.

Key West Beauty

House is wonderful. Great amenities and perfect for a friend get away! Close to activities and just minutes by cab to downtown but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Key West. Only item not disclosed is the navy base is close and fighter jets fly over often during the week. Cool to watch but noisy when outside.

Classic Elegance

This home was absolutely gorgeous & perfect for our family of 10. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which was a bonus. Beds were comfortable with clean linens & bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of bath/pool towels. The location was very close to Key West amenities, activities, & restaurants. Kitchen was stocked for cooking meals (would suggest adding oven mittens for future guest). Highly recommend A++

Great Accommodations and Perfect Location to Key West

Newer, well accommodated water front home less than 10 minutes from Key West. We loved the fenced back yard with heated pool, perfect for the kids and two dogs. We spent a lot of time on the covered back porch. We enjoyed the private dock as well. Home was furnished very well and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Though this may be the case for everyone around Key West, be prepared for a lot of jet noise from the military base. We were also impressed with how available the property managers were when we had a couple of questions. They even checked in with us during our stay. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely consider this again for our next trip to Key West.

Could not control jets or heating in the spa/pool. We got in early around 120 pm and told management we would like to check in early. We do not think any one was there night before. Cleaning crew took 45 Min break in house. We only got in at 355 PM. If for start cleaning at 10 AM the house should be ready in 2 hours with 3 people. The floors were all up and down. Plywood underlayment issue. No garbage disposal. Nothing in house not even salt and pepper or sugar, etc. Be ready to buy absolutely everything. Asked for late departure for 12 noon and cleaning people showed up at 10 AM. Not good communication with management. Toilets did not work well and got stuck running in two bedrooms. Overall stay was ok otherwise.

Beautiful House, Easy Stay

The house is as beautiful if not more so than the photos described. The hosts were the most responsive hosts I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and they were always very friendly when answering questions. We've all stayed at vacation rentals where there is a laundry list of do's, don'ts, check out procedures, etc. and it can become a real buzz kill when you're just trying to have fun with friends. This house was not like that at all, and we felt like we could have fun and enjoy our stay (respectfully of course) without someone looking over our shoulders. Would stay with this company again in a heartbeat at any of their properties! The only feedback would be that the pool module did not work so we were unable to adjust the temperature, turn on bubbles, change lights, etc.. The temp was hot tub warm, so if it was summer time this probably would have been a little irritating. It worked out well for our stay as we had some chillier days.

My family stayed here for Thanksgiving break. I loved the location. So quiet even with neighbors celebrating next door. The house was perfect for my kids. Right before you get to Key West so it's not busy. Would definitely book again.

What an amazing experience

We had such a blast staying on this property- 4 couples. Amazing that we were able to have our own space and full bathroom but gather together around the bbq dinner table and pool. Short Uber to duval street, close to everything we needed. Would 100% stay here again. The property managers were amazing and very accommodating! We left the kids at home this trip but would easily come back with the kids!

Beautiful Property but Somewhat Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is definitely a first class property but we had a few issues that surprised and disappointed me with the quality of the home and price I paid for the rental. I provided feedback on all of the below immediately after our stay with no response. We visited the first week of October 2021. 1- Loud neighbors - even though noise ordinance in place. I tried calling the 24 hour service line and no response.2- Ants - we had a lot of problems with ants in the kitchen. We kept everything wiped up and all the food in the pantry, but we constantly had issues with ants around the sink, coffee pot, and stove top.3- Cockroaches – we killed several roaches in the master bathroom (back bathroom) and in the kitchen. We saw several in kitchen cabinets (one in the silverware drawer). I took everything out of the silverware drawer and ran through the dishwasher. I also ran to CVS and bought some bug spray to try and kill them. We also saw several on the back deck.4- Clothes Dryer – did not work well. Since only two towels were provided per bathroom, I had to wash several loads during our stay. I would have to run them through the hottest towel dry cycle several times to get each load to dry.5- TV Issues – It was surprising that basic cable didn’t come with the house. We spent a while the first night we arrived figuring out all the TV’s. If basic cable isn’t an option, a suggestion would be to provide information on programming the smart TV’s for those that don’t do streaming applications.

Awesome Property!

Everything was exactly as described online. The property, rooms and pool were exactly as they appeared in the pictures. Temperature in the pool and home were comfortable and the home came well equipped with all amenities needed for our 5 day stay, only running out of trash bags. The only negative was that the dryer wasn’t working properly. Our stuff took forever to dry (yes we cleaned the filter). We would definitely stay here again & recommend this location for family/friend get together!!!

Perfect location

We spent 7 days at this property and still was not ready to go home ! The bedrooms are all spades nicely apart and accommodated our group of seven nicely ! They were able to convert one of the twin bed rooms into a kind which was perfect ! The house was very clean and new ! No left over items from other guests! I would definitely go back !

Wonderful home with great boat dock

This house is obviously brand new. It has beautiful views and extremely spacious, definitely bigger than it appears in the photos. The only negative thing I have to say is that they need to work on the showers. The hot water wasn't working properly and the water pressure was very low. Overall it was a really great place to stay!

Talk about AMAZING

This property was beyond amazing! It was a great location that was no more than 15mins from anywhere we visited on the island. The house was simply beautiful and clean. There was 8 ladies and having extra bathrooms was perfect for us! We will definitely be back next year. This house is 100% recommended for large parties.
