The house is located in a quiet neighborhood only 5 miles away from ‘Strip’. There are plenty of fine dining or fast food options nearby. Spacious house with four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, large entertaining room perfect for a Vegas get together with friends and family. Beautiful yard and a nice sized swimming pool. A perfect way to relax during your stay while making sure everyone has plenty of room.
Master bedroom has two queen beds. Full kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and laundry room with washer and dryer. High speed 50-mbps internet.

2. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 
6. Pets are allowed.  $120 extra cleaning fee we allow only small dog.
7. Party – You are not allowed to have crazy parties with live music, DJ's or any other stuff that would disturb the neighborhood.
9. Housekeeping – There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. No linens or bath towels lost or damaged.
10. Cleaning – End of stay cleaning is included in your contract, please leave the unit in a clean state upon check-out.
11. Water and Sewer – The house is on a city water and sewer systems. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than bathroom tissue down the toilet.

Pool house

Very comfortable property. Nice to be able to park car in garage. Very good location for shopping. Great pool (but no light for nightime). Backs up to busy street on other side of a tall wall. Easy in and out of both neighborhood and the house itself. We would rent this property again.

Birthday gathering

We were very comfortable at the house. Enjoyed the game room, the pool isn’t heated so our February trip was cooler time, so we were unable to use pool. We did sit out side around the pool that looked refreshing. We used the BBQ grill that is available. As stated in all reviews the the street noise is noticeable but we overcame. Really great place to stay for the price! Thank you for allowing us to stay and will rent again.

Overall, it was okay.

The pool is quite small. The neighborhood was quiet, but the street immediately behind the house is quite loud. The house was okay, but not great; it is definitely an older home that has not been updated for quite some time. The beds were really not very comfortable. The pilot light on the water heater was out when we arrived, but we were able to light it without incident.

Tears and urine stains

Place was dirty. False advertisement . Pictures online are not what is there currently. Urine stains on mattresses and pillows. Pool sticks had no tips on them. Foos ball table was broke . Pool was dirty and old. Diving board was broke. The whole house is unsafe turning them into the health board.

Overall great experience!

The home was beautiful, spacious and comfortable for our large group! we had plenty of seating for everyone, and the pool is AMAZING! Loved the outdoor area, and all the pool toys! We did not find the traffic noise too bad to prevent enjoying the outdoor area, and spent a lot of time outside. The last night, the neighbors had a loud party till 3 am, but that was not anything to do with our home. We really enjoyed our stay, and so did the kids@

Overall decent house for the price

Overall, our vacation was great and the house was a good choice. The kids enjoyed the pool and had a great time with the pool table. The location was good for us, convenient, just be prepared that it is up against Spring Mountain, so at night the road is loud. I brought a sleep machine thankfully and earplugs, but without those sleep could have been an issue. I would suggest some art on the walls, as the house had the loudest echo and this could be eliminated with some items to muffle the sounds. The day we checked out, a person in a white car sat outside in front of the property for over 2 hours until we left, which was extremely weird. Do know if this was the cleaner or what but I would suggest not doing that to future guests.

Great and some

The house itself is great but really could use a deep cleaning. I just had to clean a baseboard in the bathroom, it was seriously yucky. All surface cleaning was fine. The back yard is noisy because of a busy street on the other side of the wall, too noisy to spend much time outside. There are no smoke detectors, I thought they were a requirement but I guess not.

Close to Strip, but Needs Deep Clean

I stayed in the home with my mom, sister, and our 6 kids, ranging in age from 16 to 4. The home is close to the Strip and freeway access is easy. My kids enjoyed the pool and the pool table. I liked the layout of the home. It felt open, but not with everyone on top of eachother. The home is located up against a busy road so it is noisy. The kitchen could have been better stocked with cooking tools (strainer, can opener, etc). The WiFi was pretty spotty. A deep clean is needed badly. There was dirt and dust in many corners, walls need to be wiped down, and floors need to be mopped. My kids had black feet by the end of the day from walking around without shoes on. At one point, I had to ask a question of the homeowner and got an almost immediate response, which was appreciated.

Great location from the strip

Owner was very accommodating with my last minute reservation because my other reservation somewhere else got canceled. The house was clean, nice amount of space, nice quiet neighborhood & very close to the strip. I most definitely would book this house again.

Good location, but not as expected from pictures.

The noise spring mountain road just outside the brick wall, to the left of the pool picture. But if your used to city traffic it probably won’t be a problem. Bathrooms was not as nice as pictured. Not as maintained as shown, but they were clean. Also garden furniture was very worn out. Ok value for money after all.

Awesome place

This house was awesome and perfect for our girls weekend!! We had so much fun lounging by the pool and loved the openness of the house. It’s still close enough to the strip to go hang out or get an Uber that doesn’t cost a fortune. The house could use a few more essentials like cutting knives and mixing/serving bowls, but we made do with what there was. Some cleaning products would also be helpful..a broom, clorox wipes and trash bags would have made it a lot easier to clean up after ourselves throughout the stay..but again, we made do..and the vacuum they have is awesome!! Everyone from the trip wants one at home now haha. One more suggestion would be to put down a floor rug when walking in from the pool..one of our girls slipped on the floor because there wasn’t anything to catch the dripping water. She is ok but definitely had a hard fall. Overall the house is as pictured and was very accommodating for our group of 11 ladies :) We loved it!

Great House but missing a couple of things

We stayed at this house for 3 nights and had a good time. Rooms were decent size but didn't have any dressers to unpack our stuff. It was really cold in some rooms and some rooms were hot. AC not working properly. Pool was huge but was disappointed because the lights were not working which really bummed out my kids. There was only one TV in the house and would've been nice to have TV in the rooms

We stayed at this house for 10 days and it accommodated two families very nicely. Jacob was very responsive and easy to deal with. When we needed something he was happy to help. It is close to the strip and lots of activities. It was also very clean. A few things that were not the best were that the pool was not heated and was really cold during our stay(first week of April) which was a bummer for the kids. Also, the kitchen is not really stocked well. There were very few bowls, coffee cups, no baking stuff, etc. The TV was also not working properly. It would go in and out a lot. It would be nice to have more than one TV in the home and also have some dressers in the rooms so clothes can be unpacked.

Riddled with issues

1. Got burnt numerous times in each time I showered. 2. No bureaus to put your clothes and excessive un needed closet space 3. Beds in general were uncomfortable. One person slept on the floor in lieu of the bunks. 4. Extra beds to claim they sleep more and charge more. Who wants 2 full beds in a master? 5. AC not installed correctly. Some rooms HOT and some cold. The TStat did not operate properly. Tiny vent in large living. Hot! 6. Kitchen sink pressure so high you get wet every time you use sink. 7. Pots were covered in burnt food. Yuck. 8. Rug in front of master shower was nasty and falling apart. 9. Table lamps turned upside down and hung from the ceiling. 10. Almost no mirrors for ladies to use. Had to take one down over fireplace. 11. Furniture bought from a cheap second hand store. Everything was tacky and odd. Redefining kitch. 12. Rotten grill left in pool area. 13. Abutts a crazy busy road and cant hear each other talk outside by the pool. The fake grass was funny though. 14. No hair drier in master, no soap, shampoo and old left over loofa in shower that made me want to gag. 15. Had a bathroom automated room sprayer mounted by the front door! Lol. It kept spraying people in the face with bathoom scented spray. Very wierd. 16. The wall next to the main bath shower was rotted and coming apart. 17. Kitchen was ok but missing some important things

Great house!

The house was perfect for our party of 8 and definitely would have accomodated 12 very comfortably. The bunk beds were a bit uncomfortable for my father in law who didn’t want to sleep in a full size bed. But I don’t think a child would have cared about it all. There was one steak knife but no big knives to cut vegetables so make sure you bring one if you plan to cook. The backyard is beautiful I can’t wait to stay here again during a spring or summer visit to enjoy the pool. The house was well-kept and very clean which is great. I agree, another tv would have been helpful.
