Nice, clean space. Wonderful balcony overlooking the channel. Manatees, dolphins every morning and night. We were there as 40something gals for a bachelorette - walking distance to bars, boats, beaches and restaurants. Would stay again!

The condo was clean, easy to enter and exit, the pool was nice, and the location was great. If we ever go back to Clear Water, I would stay here again. The small issue we had was the finicky washer/dryer as the buttons seem warn, but it was not a big issue and did work all week.Shops were close, the views from the balcony were awesome. The sunrise was beautiful from the patio deck.

Our weekend stay at the Waterfront Breeze Condo was perfect. Our host provided clear, detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out, and even stopped by shortly after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was ideal for our group of five and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed cocktails on the patio overlooking the bay, homecooked meals and game night at the large communal table, and a cozy Sunday night of football watching. The location is also very convenient: close to shops, dining, and the beach. We would highly recommend the Waterfront Breeze Condo.
