The house was just perfect. Large areas with a wonderful kitchen. The decks on every floor were amazing. The pool was perfect and the location is a quick walk to the beach, Downtown is very accessible as well. Would highly recommend and we hope to return!

The owner provided additional items for us to use like wagons and beach chairs and floatation devices for the pool. This was really nice and made it feel like home. The management company left specialized cupcakes that were delicious. The bedrooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. We had a large group which the dining table accommodated nicely. The house is roomy we never felt crowded. The location could not have been better. 1 block walk to the beach using the wagons to carry chairs and children. Town is a few blocks from the house with restaurants, bars and souvenir shops. Grocery stores and retail shopping are within 3 miles from the house. We will definitely be returning.

Great location a block off the beach. Pool is amazing especially for smaller kids. Management staff is very responsive. Tje upkeep of the property needs improved and thorough cleaning. The bathroom on the main floor is a piece of plywood and the couches needs cleaned under the cushions and underneath, found things left from previous stays while looking for a lost set of keys. Also additional lighting in the back would be good for nighttime.

What a wonderful property! Check in and check out were a breeze. A special touch of personalized cupcakes were waiting for us in the fridge. The house was clean and had everything we could have wanted, including pool floats, beach chairs, and umbrellas. For us the location and the pool were highlights of our stay here. The shaded wading area in the pool was perfect for lounging while our daughter played in the pool. The BBQ and TV in the pool area was perfect for nights we didn't feel like going out to a restaurant. Beach is a quick walk from the house and there are tons of restaurants in the neighborhood as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

My family had a wonderful time enjoying this property! It had everything we needed and the complimentary cupcakes were such a sweet touch! The location of the house was perfect… short walk to the beach and short drive to all the restaurants and shops. My family made some great memories here!

Great house

Had everything we needed for our family vacation. Close to public beach and the village. Had problems with the pool on arrival, property mgt had someone out the next morning to fix it. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is perfect . When we entered you could smell how clean it was ! It was so spacious even with 9 of us staying there. The pool area is gorgeous!Location Location Location. I would definitely recommend!!!!

40th birthday

6 of us came to Siesta Key for a 40th birthday. The house was a perfect location and we arrived with cupcakes in the fridge as a sweet surprise. Very responsive and the house had all the necessities. They provided chairs, umbrellas, wagon and all things for the beach which was great!

Awesome location, great house

House was large & had lots of room for 2 families. Loved having the pool & the beach toys/chairs/wagons were very helpful. We cooked a lot, so a few more kitchen towels, and storage containers would have been useful, as well as a broom. A very short walk to the beach & we could even rent chairs & umbrellas just on the other side of the lifeguard house.

Great location, Great place

The house was exceptional inside and out. Very accurate pictures. We arrived just prior to tropical storm Debby which produced lots of flooding and problems in the area. The house weathered the storm well but caused some pool problems. The property management company was fantastic in response time and communication. I would definitely stay here again. 100 yards to the beach access and 0.6 miles to Siesta Key Village.

30th Anniversary family long weekend

Large and open. Definitely feels like your on vacation. Great location for beach. We were just disappointed that you cannot get in the property until 4pm and must check out by 10am. For the amount of $$ the house cost we feel these times should be more like check out 11/12 and def check in by 2pm. We felt that we really missed any time the first and last day. We will re-think our next trip.

Great Vacation! Great Location!

Stayed here with extended family over the holiday break. We had plenty of space for 10 people: 6 adults, 4 kids. The house is so close to the beach. We were able to go back and forth throughout the day. We also walked to and from town regularly. Location can't be beat! My only (minor) feedback is that the house was not equipped with anything food-wise. We realized a day in that we had no salt. I realize this is a post-COVID thing, but it would be great to have a starter kit for the kitchen.

Great house and amazing location!

I can’t say enough good things about Island Escape! It was the perfect home for a girls trip for 9 people. The home was equipped with everything you need from kitchen supplies, beach supplies (towels, chairs and beach pull carts), and linens. The pool was perfect to keep cool when we were not at the beach because it was a very hot June weekend. The beach is a very short walk which made it easy to run home if need be. It was also a 15 minute walk to town which was great to walk to dinners/ shops/ bars. My only issue was that I had accidentally left some items behind in a drawer and had very poor commutation with the management company while trying to retrieve them. I had to call over 10 times in a 2 week span- having to reiterate several times where exactly the items were located (this should have been noted in their system) until I was finally told my items were not found. I would definitely suggest Island Escape however, triple check you haven’t left items behind before check out.

Nice house with a perfect location!

My family of six stayed with another family of six at this property. The house was nice overall but there are a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind. The location of the bedrooms wasn't clear from the pictures online. When I spoke with a representative of the property I was told all the bedrooms and bathrooms were located on the 2nd floor. When we arrived, we found out there was a half bath on the 1st floor, as well as one of the bedrooms. That was a bit unexpected, but not a problem for our families. We found the beds to be comfortable and enjoyed our bathroom space, although the other family staying with us had drainage issues with their shower. Also, we discovered on the first full day of our stay that our dryer wasn't working properly. I reached out to the property manager and they sent a maintenance guy to look at the dryer the following day. He was very nice and friendly, and fixed the dryer for us. As far as amenities/supplies, just the very basics were included and not much for the amount of people we had staying there. I think that could be improved upon. We did appreciate all the beach chairs, wagon, and beach supplies that were provided. The backyard space was small but the pool was nice. The kids used it every day! Also, our proximity to the public beach was perfect! We could easily walk back and forth from the property to the beach, which was BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key.
