About this property

Absolutely stunning 7 bedroom home in the fabulous Terra verde Resort. Vacation in this modern 7 bedroom home with brand new kitchen with quartz worktops and new appliances. Relax at your own (heating optional) private south facing pool in the sun, chill at night with a glass of wine in the covered lanai with outdoor tv or take yourself to the resort swimming pool and tiki bar. Pool heating is charged at an additional fee of $25 per day which includes tax and would be charged after the reservation is made.
There is a games room to play in after a long day at the theme parks.
There are 3 bedrooms that have king beds. 2 bedrooms that have queen beds and 2 bedroom that have 2 twin beds each.

The resort is going to charge you a $20 fee per car to register your car when you check in. This is non-refundable.

You must be 25 years old or older to book this home.

This house requires renters to provide photo ID to the property manager and will be required to have a hold put on their credit card for a security damage deposit with the property manager.

The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.
Maximum number of guests staying in the home is 12 guests.

Amazing

This house is EXACTLY like the pictures! Absolutely no issues at all. We’ve been staying at this resort for years now and this house is exactly what we needed! It’s very clean, bug free, organized and has what you need to stay there. We had the pool heated and rented the grill for our stay which worked great for us, the house is so nice we didn’t want to leave the house. Any questions you may have the management company is absolutely top notch on respond time. I can’t say enough about the customer service and how wonderful this house is! Highly recommend staying here great house and great people!!! We will be back next year!

Family Time

We liked this property because it had more than enough rooms for our family of six adults and six kids. Sufficient bathrooms, plenty of room on the patio outside while the kids could swim. Would recommend for others, especially extended families to spend time together. We heated the pool and it was perfect for everyone, even in December temperatures. Quiet neighborhood. We even enjoyed the hoops at the club.

All expectations exceeded

Based on the photos of the villa we had high expectations and it didn’t disappoint. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t have changed a thing. We had one issue where the oven didn’t work (probably because those guests before us thought ‘why would you cook’) but this was quickly sorted by the agent who was easy to communicate with throughout. If you decide to stay here you wont regret it!

Excellent property for a summer holiday.

We really loved spending our summer holiday in the villa with a private pool and spacious bedrooms. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family but the only thing we missed was a BBQ.

Amazing

We have stayed in many other homes in Terre Verde over the years but this home was by far the best of them all. It looks exactly like it does in the photos and spotlessly clean. Waking up every morning to sit by the pool with a cup of tea, while watching the ducks on the lake, is the ideal way to start your day before heading to the parks. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want. Location is close to supermarkets and restaurants and the tiki bar is a couple minutes walk if you’d like to eat there or have a drink. The only thing I would say is that there is an alarm on the pool door which only gives you a few seconds to get yourself in and out before going off. We managed to perfect moving fast but it’s difficult if you’re carrying anything to put it all down and turn to close the door. But even with that we had the very best time staying in this beautiful home and will definitely be back. Give yourself and your family and friends a treat and stay here! You will not be disappointed. 😎
