Great family home featuring 3 bedrooms 2 baths plus queen sleeper sofa. Includes streaming tv service and internet. Beach is just a short drive away and then come home to relax in this modern beautifully furnished canal home. Convenient to Stingaree Restaurant & Marina. Boat can be tied to dock on canal. Direct access to prime fishing in East Bay. Downstairs is a fish cleaning table and outdoor shower.

Overall very pleased with the house and location, declined off for linen package, (bedsheets), but was not informed that no bath towels or washcloths would be on site and need to bring you on. Outside this little, was a very nice stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice convenient home right on the bay, we brought our boat so it was so easy to launch at Stingree!

Great home right on the bay

My Wife and I stayed this past weekend on a short trip to Chrystal Beach and loved this place. Great location on the bay for bringing a small fishing boat or poles to fish in the front or the rear of the house. Only a couple minutes away from the beach which is nice to leave the beach there when you are done. Kitchen is well stocked so no need to bring anything there. Make sure you bring your sheets for the beds or there is a fee for them to provide. We would stay there again and intend to with our kids this summer. Also the booking agency (Swedes Realty) was easy to work with and had great attitudes

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great for crabs, redfish and wonderful Bird Watching! This was the perfect place to watch all the fireworks as well! Check in was a mess! Wrong address,wrong WiFi, wrong key... actually no key was needed! Water wasn’t cut on til well afternoon! This property management company is unorganized and nobody seemed to know what was going on! Too much hassle to get our getaway started!!
