We are Back! and Sooo excited to welcome you to our Sunny Side Condo!

This Unit has easy access off the street.

A 5 minute walk to the beach, along with many delicious eateries.

Sit pool side while you watch your children play, Take a soak in the hot tub to ease the days stress away.

Situated in the bustling South Pandosy area of Kelowna BC, a short drive to grocery stores, unique little shops and wineries.

Rent a electric scooter found any where along the walk ways and see the area in a whole different way.

Our Sunny Side Condo, comes with all the comforts of home.

Enjoy cooking? bring your own groceries and find all the cookware you need; with recent appliance updates as of February 2022. Updated furniture to ensure a restful, comfortable stay.

Bathroom comes with travel size amenities, shampoo & conditioner .

Bring your car and enjoy free parking of 1 vehicle within our secure building parkade. Limited Street Parking available, at 2 hour increments.

Playa del sol provides a 100% smoke free environment which is strictly enforced through security.

Our condo is ideal for a family or couple wanting to enjoy a nice get-away. No parties please! (a fine will be issued)

Any form of smoking or vaping in the unit or on property is subject to fine.

There is a quiet time at Playa Del Sol resort that begins at 11pm - 8am.

All music and noise level must be kept to a minimum during these times and is strictly enforced; if violated a $250 fine will be issued per incident.

Alcohol consumption must be kept to the unit; there is no alcohol permitted on the pool deck.

We are located and have access off street level, which makes it easy to get too! No need to go into the main building.
