About this property

The Lookout - Bream (Unit 10) Mallacoota

Unit 10, Bream, boasts a partial waterfront view that you can enjoy from the patio of your unit. Offering two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and laundry, this is the perfect spot for a getaway, or to fish for Bream. The unit entrance has no steps, which makes access easy for people on/with wheels/prams.

The unit is located in such a way that guests can take advantage of the facilities Mallacoota has to offer. A short walk will find the bakery, cafes, hotel and beach.

Or, you can simply sit and enjoy the view while having a barbeque.

Unit 10 offers one queen, two singles and a trundle bed.

Ample off-street parking for cars is also available. Boats can be parked outside Dots Lakehouse, or, if you prefer, there’s secure (video surveillance) parking available next to our office at 3 Dorron Ave.

Pets are welcome both inside and outside the unit - however, the yard is not fenced. Remember to bring your pet’s own bowls and bedding. Remember to put anti- tick medication on your dog (Bravecto or similar - Frontline flea, is not strong enough for Mallacoota ticks).
If you would like a fenced yard for your dog, or young child, Bruces Waterside Units also offers 7 fenced units (Units 1,2,5,6,7, the Fisherman’s Cottage and Dots Lakehouse.

This unit is named after the Silver Bream which is the Indigenous place totem for Mallacoota.

Relaxing short stay at Malacoota

Bruce’s unit was clean and comfortable in a great location close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and were so happy that our dog could stay too! Would recommend.

I was comfortable and quiet. It was in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to the bakery, eateries and supermarkets. Also convenient to walk along the forehorse. Penni was lovely and friendly. The platter left for us as a welcome was a lovely touch.

Overall good to stay

The location is good and convenient. The house was neat and tidy but the kitchen accessories were very old and nearly unusable, which are needed to upgrade immediately. There were no shampoo and handwash in the toilet. The towels were also old and little bit wired smelling. There werenot enough milk in the refrigerator for all guest to have tea/coffee. The bathroom basin is also very old.
