Pricing is in USD, based on daily rates for up to 2 guests, $20 per night per extra guest excluding local taxes and service fees.
Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations. VRBO reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections. AirBnB guests please allow extra time for departure inspection. Video and pictures are taken for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner
