The 250-square-meter house, recently renovated, features 3 bedrooms—2 of which are air-conditioned suites—a spacious living room with a dining table that seats up to 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor barbecue area overlooking the lagoon. Ideal for events, fishing, hiking, parties, spiritual retreats, etc.
