Disappointed

After booking with VRBO, I was passed on to Europe Reservations, A Perfect Guest, A Perfect Stay, and finally Urban Flats The check in was confusing , the various keys, fobs and buttons were not explained. We were give one key for 9 people. After several requests, a second key was supplied but not enough for our group. The trash cans for the entire building were lined up outside the apt door. Promised fans in 97 F heat were not supplied The furniture was tired I was disappointed in the apartment and the management
