The Space:
Our apartment is in a residential building. It is best suited to 4 guests but can sleep 6.
Your stay in this modern, contemporary apartment will allow you to enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer.
Located in the building's west , this apartment offers CBD inner City and Docklands water views to the south and West including Port Phillip Bay, the Docklands, the Melbourne Star Wheel, the Bolt Bridge and the Westgate Bridge from the comfort of the master bedroom, lounge room and the balcony.
*The main bedroom has a top of the range soft plush pillow top queen size mattress sure to help even the lightest sleeper to have an excellent nights sleep, amazing views, built in robes and a private ensuite.
*Bedroom 2 has a king size zip bed which can convert into two King Single beds. Both bedrooms have portable evaporative cooling systems and heaters.
*There is also a 3 seater sofa bed (double bed) complete with a fold out foam topper mattress (Found in the wardrobe) for extra comfort.
*Washing machine and dryer in the laundry cupboard with portioned clothes washing detergent provided.
*Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal - comes complete with a microwave, conventional oven, cooktop, dishwasher with dishwashing products provided.

Guest Access:
Guests may access the apartment on check in day by collecting keys from the lock box from 3pm onward.
The entire apartment is available to our guests private use. A designated undercover parking space is also provided. All our guests have access to the building's indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Gym and BBQ recreation area. BBQ must be booked via your host. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
The Neighborhood:
A short walk to Marvel Stadium for AFL and many other sporting and entertainment events. Very close to Southern Cross Station. Walking distance to the Docklands Precinct. Close to Crown Casino, the Aquarium and Southbank. For sports fans, a short train or tram ride will take you to the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena, and AAMI Park.
As an integral part of Melbourne’s unique laneway shopping culture with boundaries along Lonsdale, Little Bourke and Spencer Streets, this ground-floor retail precinct stands in the new and emerging ‘New York inspired’ heart of the CBD.

*Please understand we are not a hotel neither a Travel Agent. You have made a reservation to stay in my apartment, which is in a residential building complex. This is entirely "SELF CHECK IN". There is no concierge.
*Make sure you print out all itinerary in case you do not have Wi Fi when you first arrive.
*If we are forced to drive to the property, due to guests not having read their instructions, there will be a $50 call out fee.
*A portable fold out baby cot is available and stored in the bedroom wardrobe. There is also a baby bath and a high chair supplied and available for use. Please bring your own baby linen.
*The cleaning fee is for a standard clean only. If the cleaners are forced to stay longer due to lack of care on the guests behalf, then we reserve the right to forward any extra charges onto the guest.
*If you wish to book a bbq, contact your host. Please allow plenty of notice to avoid disappointment.
*LONG STAYS
All bookings of 21 nights must pay for a $250 mid-stay cleaning service.
Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.
