Great patio, great view of the pool and the beach! Condo was clean, comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Bed is comfy. Good A/C! The pool and grounds are well kept, the office staff was so friendly. This unit doesn’t have laundry, but there is laundry on-site. Easy walk or drive to the beach. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great beachfront escape in port A!! Perfect size and set up for a working vacation. Love that the lobby is attended 24 hours a day.

The condo was extremely clean, check-in process was extremely easy. The property was very clean as well, the pool was beautiful and well maintained. Very family friendly and we loved using the pier to walk to the beach! The only thing I would have loved if there were shades on the bedroom window, the outdoor hallway light shines into the bedroom and the window shades don’t entirely block it.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights and loved it. Very clean, well equipped. The condo and entire building are very well maintained. It’s a diamond in the rough. We will definitely be back!!

Clean & comfortable (bed was great!). Disappointed there weren't any "extras" like a few K-cups to get our stay started (as we arrived at 11 pm). Otherwise - nice spots & friendly staff!

Wonderful stay

Love staying in Port A. First time staying at Sandcastle. We loved the property and the unit had the best view! Loved the access to the beach and great pool as well. Unit was perfect for myself and husband. Also rented a golf cart on-site which is perfect. Will come back again!

Excellent choice

This condo was first of all just what we wanted and more and secondly it was a very nice unit. The views could'nt have been better. Patio just the right size. We picked out the perfect place.

Beautiful condo, amazing views, terrible management.We arrived on a busy holiday weekend, and the front desk was clearly understaffed. As soon as we got to our unit, we discovered the A/C wasn't working. We called immediately and were assured maintenance would fix it and that we would be compensated for the inconvenience.Maintenance came quickly, but didn't actually solve the problem. After returning from dinner, the unit was still hot. Because the resort was fully booked, we couldn't be moved and were given a portable A/C unit that was so loud we barely slept.The next day, an HVAC technician finally fixed the A/C, although he initially tried to charge us for the repair. After that, the communication problems continued, including an unnecessary wake-up call the following morning because staff apparently didn't know the A/C had already been repaired.The most frustrating part was being repeatedly told we would receive compensation, only to be told at checkout that management and the owner would provide nothing at all.The property itself is great, but the poor communication and lack of customer service ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. We won't be back.

Nice condo, great location

We've stayed at a few houses in Port A over the years, but will definitely book at Sand Castle going forward. Very nice having direct beach access and not having to load up a car or rent a golf cart. Also the pool is very nice. Each condo will be appointed differently but we loved the decor and appointments in 425. Only issue we encountered was the room not being ready at 4PM as it was supposed to be. We waited until about 4:30while it was being cleaned. But the staff was friendly about the situation, so not a huge deal. We will definitely stay here again!
