The large living room seats 6 comfortably. The dining room seats 8 that leads to a fully upgraded kitchen. The main bedroom has a king size bed, with access to the hall bath through a connecting door. The guest room has two double beds with a private full bathroom. This condo offers washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove with full sized oven. Great mid town location, close to dining, shopping and entertainment. Out door pool. Sleeps 6. No smoking. No pets. Off street parking for one car.

The unit is as pictured. Amazing oceanfront view with a large balcony. The check-in/check-out location is outside of Ocean City, a slight detour to Berlin. No problems with the unit other than a very unpleasant high-pitch screech from one of the shower heads. We called to get it fixed and they said they would send someone, but never did. We wound up all just using the 2nd bathroom shower.
