Cozy and quiet family oriented Lakefront A-Frame Lakehouse on Lac La Nonne with spectacular views of its wildlife. Beautiful large deep lake to enjoy boating, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, ice fishing with dock and boat lift to accommodate your own boat. Hugh oversized wrap-around deck with plenty of sun or lower shaded deck giving you all the outdoor options with a gas BBQ, gas firepit on upper deck, dining and seating area. Jaw dropping beams enhancing the interior feel complete with an upper loft for quiet reading and relaxing. Full kitchen complete with full size appliances (gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge as well as a beverage fridge). Truly a must visit property, ready to put your feet up and relax.

Please note that boat is not available for rental from owner. However there is a boat rental business - JetStrike Rentals in Morinville (1-855-440-0033) which is approximately 30 minutes from Lakehouse. If you have your own boat, we will rent you our boat lift and dock assuming your boat will fit our boat lift. We will ask you to sign a dock use waiver assuming responsibility of the dock as well as we charge a nominal fee of $150.00 to cover the time and cost of moving our boat in and out.

Quiet time 10:00 pm - Strictly enforced due to close proximity to neighbours. All vehicles (overnight/day visitors) must be on property driveway.
Dock Waiver is attached which must be signed prior to check-in. Timely notice of using the dock is appreciated so we can move our boat.
Due to sewage limitations, additional guests (day time or overnight) must be approved by owner and MAY be subject to additional fees.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful to deal with and quick to help if we needed anything. The only downside was that the water by the shore wasn’t the best for swimming during our stay(end of Aug), but we took the boat out to the middle where the water was clear and perfect for the kids to swim. Fishing was great—we caught over 100 fish in just four days! Kids loved using the paddle boards and little kayak available. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay again.

Amazing stay right on the lake

We were amazed by this lakefront cabin! Great size to fit our family of 9. Little touches everywhere made it feel like home, plus you can’t beat the views. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back again.

Beautiful property on the lake. Well equipped indoors and outdoors. Our two families had such a great stay. The kids loved the bunk beds and the toys. Great seating areas in the sun or shade. Fabulous time and the owners were wonderful.

This is a very lovely and well kept property. It was perfect for our family of five. Spent days floating in the water and basking in the sun and evenings playing games and sitting by the fire. The place was spotless, well kept and well equipped. The only minor issue we had was the incessant dog barking from the cottages 4-5 down. Nothing these owners could do about that.

What a beautiful property and home. The owners are alway pleasant and helpful. We stayed with our kids, family and friends. The home is well stocked with lots of indoor and outdoor games. We enjoyed everyday.

Well Appointed Lakeside Home

We stayed for a week at this beautiful home and really enjoyed our stay. I loved how many well thought out different areas there were to be in both inside and out. We had rain for several days but the 2 year old and 6 year old had a great time inside anyway and happy kids make for a good trip. The hosts really helped orient us to the property and quickly answered our questions. Would stay again.

Lovely Summer Home, and Pelicans!

We were delighted to again stay at the owners' much loved summer house. Every year there are the kind of improvements an actual user-owner makes, and the care and attention they give their summer home shines through. The hosts are as first rate as the home and the location. I recommend it highly.p.s. The photo is of the squadron of pelicans that landed on the lake just in front of the summer house.

Amazing lakehouse spoiled my family

Everything about this lakehouse and stay was perfect. Amazing lake views. Every amenity you could need and more. Homey touches and comfortable updated furnishings throughout. Fantastic host. Don't hesitate to book this for your next vacation! We can't wait to come back next year.

Annual Family Vacation

This was our third summer renting this lake front property. It is a lovely home, plenty of space for the 9 of us. Great sleeping accommodations for all of us. Love all the extras, paddle Board, Kayak. Lovely grassed area for the kids to play. We are booked already for next year. One hour from Edmonton makes it an ideal location. Hosts are wonderful.

A week at the Lake

We had a great week at the lake. The five bedrooms with bathrooms on each of the three floors was very convenient. This was our second stay and met all of our high expectations carried over from our first stay last year. This is the owners' summer house and the pride they have in its appearance, furnishings, and equipment shows throughout. Highly recommended.

Next level glamping.

This property is beautiful and they have taken care of every detail. All the convenience of home with an incredible view from top or lower deck. We are a group of 3 families who love to play in the day them have a laugh by the fire when the kids are in bed. This was comfortable for all of us.

Great Lake House Rental

Would definitely return to for a family vacation. This is clearly a place the owners stay at personally, and love. Everything had the kind of quality you'd like for your own home. Greatly appreciated was the abundance of lego and toys for the children to play with, and the paddleboards for the lake. Although there is no air conditioning, there are plenty of trees providing cooling shade, and the downstairs patio has lots of shade provided by the upstairs patio.

Beautiful lakefront property!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was very spacious and had all the amenities we could wish for, including a great toy room for our kids. The house is beautiful with high end features and large rooms that easily fit our group. Unfortunately we were not able to use the water due to the blue/green algae flair up but they have a large lawn that we were able to put lots of water toys on. We also loved having the large upper and lower decks as one was covered and the other had great views and was able to be an enclosed area with a gate on the railing. I will note that although we were assured that the water is clean, it does have a slight flavor to it so I'd suggest bringing bottled water if you're sensitive to that. Excellent rental property for young families, thanks again for everything!

Lakehouse Perfection

Our 2 families of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 11-15) spent an incredible long weekend at this lakeshore home. Cathy and Don were there to greet us and share a lot of valuable hints on the property and to show us where everything was. We were so lucky to be able to get in the lake and we spent hours everyday enjoying the water and the lower deck out of the hot sun and then showering off and getting ready to make amazing dinners using the BBQ on the top deck. Pictures are accurate but don't do justice to show how functional and well laid out the home is with every comfort you could ask for. Well stocked kitchen and towels and blankets and linens. There was nothing missing at all! We are already planning on returning next summer. Thanks Cathy and Don :)
